Написав рецензію, не обєзсудьте. The group of authors, calling themselves revisionists and post-revisionists, try to persuade the reader that liberalism and socialist are quite the same political model. To do that, they use conceptual apparatus of liberal theory to depict Soviet reality. Their sources are usually official media and comparative analysis. In the second chapter the statements are extremely ridiculous: in 30s Stalin gave workers the access to luxury (in the times of famine in Ukrane! and extreme repressions); people were happy, because newspaper Pravda writes so; Party changed the course and gave the place to individualism, consumerism, and technology (while people were standing in queues to buy even toilet paper!). The author doesnt even know that worker-poet is the avant-guarde project and wasnt introduced in late 60s. Waste of money!
