Требуется HEAD ERP SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT! MAIN FUNCTIONS: The HEAD ERP SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT is entrusted with the following main functions: 2.1.Financial and systems implementation management for group of companies; 2.2.Provide management and coordination of changes to existing sytems, based on software and industry best practice 2.3.Timely and professional implementation of SAP system requirements in group of companies; 2.4.Overall management of the ERP Team employees and control over SAP groups activity; 2.5.Maintenance of existing and implementation of new SAP modules as required by the company JOB DUTIES: To implement the functions, the HEAD ERP SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT shall: 3.1.Develop and ensure the timely and accurate implementation of SAP system implementation plans for all relevant business units; 3.2.Work with company’s senior management at the corporate level and locations to find out about the requirements and needs to SAP system; 3.3.Ensure smooth operation of existing SAP modules at all company locations; 3.4.Select new SAP modules, which meet the requirements of business units and ensure their smooth implementation; 3.5.Work with SAP service providers, negotiate and conclude contracts to ensure continuous SAP system operation; 3.6.Ensure the integration of SAP system with other systems in the company where applicable; 3.7.Ensure timely and efficient training for all SAP users when and where necessary; 3.8.Select and develop the support and implementation teams; 3.9.Prepare periodical progress reports to immediate supervisor and Senior Management; 3.10.Lead the training and development of team employees. Coach and mentor subordinate staff. 3.11.Ensure SOX compliance QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The position of the HEAD ERP SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT is assigned to a person who can report of the following: Education/ Experience •A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Finance or Accounting Major) and/or Information Systems; •Must have a minimum of 10 years experience with at least the past 5 years at a key management role, within the oil and gas industry; •Previous international work experience is a requirement, preferably in the FSU; •Previous work experience with integrated software programs is required. Must know •ERP systems, including SAP system; •Contemporary trends in the area of development of ERP systems •International and domestic market of ERP services; •Relevant legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; •Prospects of organizational development; •Budget planning basics and principles; •Organizational economics and reporting; •Payroll accrual and payment principles. •Ability to manage employees Required skills •Strong organizational and communication skills; •Strong leadership abilities; •Understanding of SOX is preferred; •Fluent knowledge of English; •Knowledge of Russian and Chinese is an advantage.
