דרושים נציג/ת+ מנהל תמיכה טכנית Help Desk-B2B SUPPORT OFFICER, and SUPPORT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: • Technical support for existing clients • Resolving and analyzing incidents • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports • Responsible for tier1 and tier2 within the company • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time • Writing and implementing procedures • Train new employees • Working continuously on a task until completion QUALIFICATIONS: • experience with MT4(great advantage) and dealing room or support • English and Hebrew native languages- must • At least 3 years’ experience in a global B2B company • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a support manager • Customer service oriented • Great interpersonal skills • Assertive and able to rapidly establish a good working relationship with clients, other professionals, and peers • Experience in gaming/ forex/ binary options company will be a great advantage Please send your cv to :[email protected] ow.ly/GLpdz
