לחברה מובילה בשפלה דרוש/ה מנהל/ת תיפעול IT Position highlights and areas of responsibility · IT hands on · Infrastructure o AWS § Managing AWS production and development environments § Good knowledge of AWS infrastructure, tools and capabilities § Working with external suppliers and solutions (architecture, support, procurement, contracts negotiations, etc) o Physical Co-location facilities § Management of two server hubs § Good technical knowledge and experience in managing such environments § Good knowledge in physical servers (IBM) installations, Windows Server, CheckPoint FW, Cisco, etc. · Suppliers (BPO) o Management of offshore vendors located in India and Vietnam. This includes performance analysis, contract and price negotiations, and scheduling of keying resources. · Monetary o Issuing monthly invoices for customers and approving payments to vendors. o Departmental budget management · Compliance o Knowledge in SSAE-16 (SAS-70) o HIPAA is an advantage · Managerial experience o Managing an interdisciplinary team (BA, IT and Ops). o Active participation and broad management forum · Quality Control o Experience with Production Quality Control · Supporting and assisting US sales and CS teams (license issuance, general support) · Strong communication with US VP CS · Direct reporting to Co-President & CTO · Infrequent travel abroad to visit with suppliers and customers (at least 3-4 times a year) · Readiness to work in US hours on as need basis Candidate Profile · Visionary · Leader · Self motivated · Creative · Short turnaround time delivery · Pedantic, with minimal to no errors · Good English (both written and spoken) · Good communication skills · Familiarity with US Healthcare System and Healthcare Payments – an advantage odel@pay-hasama pay-hasama
