The Director of Finance will develop methods and processes to scale and support the changing business needs. Responsibilities include: • Execute all daily financial activities such as: Expenses and payroll in Israel plus 10 countries, sales commissions, and suppliers. • Generate financial and business reports about the company and the business units • Interaction with the tax authorities in the US and additional relevant countries • Work with the auditing firm to complete the annual audits on time • Propose ways to improve business effectiveness, and improve profitability • Establish and refine processes to streamline business • Be a site manager, manage the administrative team • Manage the Company’s bank accounts in Israel and the US • Optional – be involved in legal negotiations Job Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in being a controller in a high tech company. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. MBA or a Legal degree is a plus • Multi-task oriented with desire to work in a fast paced environment • Trustworthy, Self-starter, strategic planner, analytical thinker, ego under control • Team player, excellent inter-personal communications skills. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Strong, proactive leadership skills
