اقتباس من كتاب ((قصص عربية معاصرة: ثنائي اللغة، ترجمة علي المناع 2014)) قصة “يدان” للقاصة ميسلون هادي كل يوم يحار بهما "يديه" لا يعرف أين يضعهما وهو ينام.. أيشبكهما على بطنه كمن يصلي أم يضعهما تحت رأسه من الخلف أم يعقدهما على جبهته...... أتحت اللحاف أم فوقه.. أيسبلهما على جنبيه؟ أيكتفهما فوق صدره؟ Every day he has a problem with his hands: he doesn’t know where to put them while he sleeps. Should he cross them on his stomach as if he were praying or put them under the back of his head or foldthem on his forehead? Should he put them under or above the cover? Should he let them rest along his sides? Should he cross them on his chest?
