Responsibility of keeping scans of the clients information such as salary certificate and bank statement, etc. 2- Keeping all clients original visa’s- maintaining the original visa slips in the branch and not misusing it for any other position other than what is mentioned 3- Responsible for keeping client MIS- responsibility of frequently updating the client MIS with correct information about the status of the clients request and should be readily updated and available whenever requested 4- Responsible for preparing the e-wakala authorization letter- responsible for submitting the e-wakala request form to designated department and keeping folder of copies at the branch (designation) 5- Customer service representatives must always be up to date with the news coming from MOL 6- Receiving new requests for intermediation and provisioning- responsible for greeting walk-in clients and taking their requests and also receiving requests from the call center and website 7- Responsible for arranging interviews with clients and household workers at the branch- responsibility of dealing and corresponding with talent acquisition in arranging for interviews at the branch and corresponding with the client to be there at the same day at scheduled time. 8- Responsible for verifying client’s information- being able to assess the client in accordance to ESAD client assessment, and should comply by all its measurements in means of selecting the client 9- Responsibility of keeping track of all client information and all branch requests and forms and updating the sales force system at all times, i.e checking them daily 10- Following up- customer service rep’s should update the system and their clients every day and must submit a frequent report as well as reporting any errors or delays with any request.
