الوظيفة : Risk Management & Insurance Specialist الراتب / الأجر : في المقابلة مكان العمل : الدوحة ،قطر تفاصيل الوظيفة : - Develop, obtain approval, implement and maintain an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework which covers all of QF, its Centers, Branch Campuses and JV’s where appropriate. - Work closely under Risk and Compliance Manager with Senior Management, Directors and Managers of Centers and Campuses to establish best practice risk management strategies and embed a proactive approach to management of risks within QF. - Participate in the risk reviews and assessments of new business opportunities and make required recommendations. - Identify QF’s risk profile and potential methods of mitigation or solutions to management, giving special attention to the maintenance and enhancement of QF’s image. - Maintain and establish excellent relationship with external insurance / risk / broking providers with whom QF does business to ensure effective service. - Identify and evaluate QF’s insurance requirements (including self insurance options such as captives) and make recommendations within the established insurance principles, implement and monitor them. Participate in negotiations regarding premiums and deductibles in QF’s best interest. - Evaluate and propose changes to existing risk and insurance strategies, policies and methods to achieve continuous improvement and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders in the process. - Develop and support the implementation of a Business Continuity Management Program across QF, it’s Centres, Branch Campuses, and JV’s where appropriate. - Performs such other duties and responsibilities as shall be assigned to him, from time to time, by the Risk & Compliance Manager. - Deputise for the Risk & Compliance Manager, when appropriate المهارات : - Ideal candidates will come from a risk management / insurance background however, candidates with relevant generalist risk management skills from financial services, general insurance or regulator background will be considered; - Circa 10 years experience in risk management field. Holder of graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputable institution; CA certification preferred. - Thorough understanding of risk classifications, techniques and products. Ability to drive the risk management process throughout the organisation including training/knowledge transfer. - Experience in reviewing corporate contracts (insurances and other). - Ability to work under pressure and commit to deadlines. Demonstrable commitment to team working. A high level of integrity and business acumen. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiating and presentation skills. - Fluency in English, written and oral.
