الوظيفة : Training Manager الراتب / الأجر : في المقابلة مكان العمل : الرياض، السعودية تفاصيل الوظيفة : Training Manager, Saudi Arabia Rail / Metro project / International Technology Transfer Our client is a leading Engineering Company part of an international consortium responsible for the Design and Construction of a Major metro project in Saudi Arabia. The position is within and important International Technology Transfer project which is at the core of this metro project. The Technology Transfer project will be aiming at the acquisition, adaptation, integration and use of technological knowledge by the nation. It will also to foster Entrepreneurship and technological capabilities in Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES - Help setting up the technology transfer plan - Identify components that will be subject to transfer of technology (Management skills, Railway Engineering skills and knowledge in the various disciplines such as Track, Rolling Stock, Power, etc, Railway Operations, Railway maintenance, Know-how in Design, Fabrication and Procurement, Know-how in equipment and their Specifications, etc). - Develop forms and means to be used to transfer the chosen technology - Integrate the TEchnology Transfer plan in to a more global and sustainable Human Resources Development program Operational duties: - Design and carry out the training plan of local staff to the railway disciplines related to the project. - Design and organise the training of students from local universities. - Organise presentations in railway-related disciplines at local universities. - Design and prepare online interactive courses in railway disciplines. - Organise exhibitions and conferences CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor Degree - Experience in preparing and managing vocational and university Training in Engineering fields (ideally Railway المهارات : - Design and carry out the training plan of local staff to the engineering related to the project. - Design and organise the training of students from local universities. - Organise presentations in engineering-related disciplines at local universities. - Design and prepare online interactive courses in engineering disciplines. - Organise exhibitions and conferences الإيميل : wazefa100@gmail
