بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Some Statements of Ash-Shaykh Muqbil regarding making Takfeer upon The Muslim Rulers, The First Quote : “...The issue of making takfeer upon the rulers then its harm is great upon the dawah whereas we would remain in confrontations with our governments, while this is what the enemies of Islam aim for... The Second Quote: “...As for the matter of takfeer then we cant make takfeer upon those who we know such as: the president of Yemen , the king of Saudi, the president of Sudan and the president of Egypt, whereas we cant make takfeer upon them, we believe that they are now being politically controlled and that they do not have a choice and that America and Russia politically controls them and Allahs aid is sought... The Third Quote: “...The matter of making takfeer (of the rulers) is not in the benefit of the dawah nor in the benefit of Islam however they should be advised... The Fourth Quote: “...As for the matter of the rulers disbelieving oh ikhwaani fillaah, if he is (still) praying and when the scholars enter upon him he says: “we want to establish the practice of Islam - although they are playing a plot against the scholars - “however (currently) we arent able , while we will do so soon inshaa Allah, so you should take him for his words and you should strive to rectify the muslim society and to teach them, as for having confrontations with them (i.e. the rulers) then perhaps thats what they want... The Fifth Quote: “...The issue of taking the means of takfeer while the ruler still prays and still affirms the symbols of Islam then it is appropriate for the Muslim to keep far from this...
