بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم بیوی پرخاوند کے رشتہ داروں کی اطاعت کرنا واجب نہیں چاہے وہ ساس ہو یا سسر ، یا پھر نند ہویا دیور ان کی کسی بھی چيز میں اطاعت کرنی واجب نہیں لیکن اگر وہ کسی واجب اورشرعی چیز کا حکم دیں یا کسی غیرشرعی اورحرام چیز سے روکیں تو پھر اس میں اطاعت واجب ہے چاہے وہ قریبی رشتہ دار ہو یا دورکا یا کوئي اوربھی کیوں نہ ہو ۔ اورخاوند کی اطاعت توبیوی پرواجب ہے اس لیے کہ اللہ تعالی کا فرمان ہے : { مرد عورتوں پر حاکم ہیں اس وجہ سےاللہ نے ایک کو دوسرے پر فضیلت دی ہے اوراس وجہ سے کہ مردوں نے اپنے مال خرچ کیے ہیں ۔۔ } النساء ( 34 ) " بلاشبہ اللہ تعالی نےبیوی پرخاوند کا حق اوراس کی اطاعت واجب کی ہے ، اوربیوی پر خاوند کی نافرمانی حرام ہے اس لیے کہ اسے اللہ تعالی نے بیوی پر فضيلت دی ہے ۔ ( تفسیر ابن کثیر- 1 / 493 ) ۔ -=--=====--=-- The wife does not have to obey anyone among her in-laws, whether that is her husband’s father, mother, brothers or sisters, in any matter, major or minor, unless they tell her to do something which is obligatory according to Islam, or forbid her to do something that is haraam. In such matters she has to obey, whether that comes from a relative or a stranger, an in-law or anyone else. With regard to the husband, she must obey him in matters that are right and proper, because Allaah says: “Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means…” [Surah al-Nisa’ 4:34] "Allah has given the husband rights and commanded the wife to obey him; He has forbidden her to disobey him because of the fact that he excels her and maintains her.
