بيان منظمة "الطريق" للدعم القانونى مكافحة الفساد وحقوق الانسان" فى ظل الأوضاع و الأحداث الراهنة التى تشهدها الساحة السياسية فى مِصرنا الحبيبة و فى ظل حالة الاستقطاب و الاحتراب بين أبناء الوطن الواحد الذين وقفوا يوماً من الأيام بكل أطيافهم و ألوانهم السياسية فى ميدان واحد يطالبون بالحرية والكرامة الانسانية...ومن منطلق حرصنا الحثيث و الدئوب كمنظمة حقوقية من منظمات المجتمع المدنى المصرى على رأب الصدع بين التيارات السياسية المختلفة لبناء دولة ديمقراطية مدنية حديثة تقوم على العدل والحرية والعدالة الاجتماعية . سارعنا الى الانضمام الى العديد من المبادرات السياسية ايمانا منا بضرورة تكاتف ابناء الوطن الواحد رغم اختلاف الرؤى والأفكار والأيدلوجيات إلا ان وحدة الهدف الذى نسعى اليه جميعا ألا وهو الارتقاء و بناء مصرنا الحبيبة بسواعدنا جميعا دون تفريق او مزايدة على الانتماء الوطنى....متسلحين بالرغبة الصادقة من شركائنا فى هذه المبادرات والتى لمسنا فيها الرغبات الصادقة والنوايا الحميدة فى محاولة الجمع بين كل الاطراف للخروج من الأزمة التى تسبب فيها انحراف بعض الفصائل السياسية عن الاهداف الاساسية لثورة يناير المجيدة ...وحاولنا بكل جهد وتفان فى اخراج مثل هذه المبادرات الى النور بمساعدة شركائنا المخلصين من الناشطين السياسيين والحقوقيين ، والذين تعاونوا معنا بكدٍ ومثابرة املا فى احتواء جميع الأطراف السياسية .. الا ان جميع هذه المحاولات قد باءت بالفشل بسبب رفض الاخوان المسلمين وتنعتنهم هم وأنصارهم لقبول اى حل ٍ سلميّ فى إطار ديموقراطى للخروج من دائرة المواجهة ، وتمسكهم بجانب واحد من الرأى .. والذى يتمثل فى عدم الاعتراف بالإرادة الشعبية للمصريين فى ثورة الثلاثين من يونيو .. وفرض بديلهم الأوحد وهو عودتهم الى سدة الحكم مرة اخرى وان لم يكُن – فالبديل هو تصعيد بالعنف الى اقصى الدرجات ، والتهديد بحرق البلاد. لذلك فان "منظمة الطريق للدعم القانونى ومكافحة الفساد وحقوق الإنسان تعلن عن انسحابها من تلك المبادرات الحقوقية التى كانت شريكة فيها وتعرب عن ادانتها الكاملة لكافة اشكال العنف المسلح وإراقة الدماء المصرية والتحالف مع التنظيمات الارهابية فى مواجهة الدولة...كما تعرب عن تمسكها الشديد بحق الشعب المصرى فى التعبير عن ارادة وبناء مؤسساته الديمقراطية وسيادة الدولة المصرية على كامل اراضيها . "الطريق" للدعم القانونى مكافحة الفساد..فى 20/8/2013 Statement by the "Organization of the" way" to support the legal and anti-corruption and human rights," Under the current situations and events taking place in the political arena in our beloved Egypt, And in a state of tension and strife between the sons of one nation who stood up one day with all the political spectrum and their colors in one field are demanding freedom and human dignity, Out of our keenness Al_husas and Aldaúob the human rights organization of civil society organizations to bridge the gap between different political currents to build a modern civil democratic state based on justice, freedom and social justice. Sooner to join the many political initiatives, our belief in the need to unite the sons of one homeland despite the different visions and ideas and ideologies, but that unity of purpose we all seek, namely upgrading and building our beloved Egypt Psoaadna all without distinction or bid on national affiliation, Armed with the sincere desire of our partners in these initiatives, which have seen the true desires and good intentions in trying to combine all the parties out of the crisis caused by the deviation of some of the political factions of the main objectives of the glorious revolution of January, We tried to make every effort and dedication in the output of such initiatives to light with the help of our loyal of political and human rights activists, and those who cooperated with us hard and perseverance, hoping to contain all the political parties. But all these attempts have failed because of the refusal of the Muslim Brotherhood and Tnatnem they and their supporters to accept any peaceful solution in a democratic framework to break the cycle of confrontation, and their attachment to one side of comments, And who is engaged in non-recognition of the popular will of the Egyptian revolution thirtieth of June .. And impose their sole alternative, a return to power again and was not - alternative is to escalate violence to the maximum grades, And the threat to burn the country.. Therefore, the "Organization of the way to support the legal and anti-corruption and human rights," announces its withdrawal from the political initiatives, which was a partner in and expresses its condemnation full of all forms of violence and armed bloodshed smart alliance with terrorist organizations in the face of the state ... It also expresses its adherence to extreme right Egyptian people to express their will and the building of democratic institutions and the rule of Egyptian state on the entire territory..
