تعلن شركة المواهب الاردنيه للتوظيف عن توفر فرصة العمل التاليه job opportunity in sudan Job Description Department: Stores JOB TITLE: PARTS MANAGER DIVISION / FUNCTION: Stores JOB CODE: PM/Stores/001 POSITION : 1 REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to: Procurement Manager Direct Supervision of: Store supervisor Indirect Supervision of: Store Assistant/ clerk POSITION OBJECTIVE: 1. Manages parts to maximize ROI through optimizing operational processes to ensure internal customer (technical) satisfaction, exercising disciplined expense control. 2. Ensuring all parts pertaining to overhaul, repair, maintenance of trucks for its smooth operation and functioning are available. 3. Maintains optimum level of stocks of spare parts at all warehouses (three). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Creates quarterly & annual parts- operational goals and budget in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives and effective inventory management 2. Conducts a monthly physical inventory of all parts and related inventories 3. Manage departmental expenses to maximize profitability and review expenses regularly to ensure resources are being used effectively and efficiently. 4. Monthly analysis of ABC, FNS and VED of all parts and generation of reports. 5. Examine deficiency/ gap in spare part’s performance 6. Develop and maintain monthly budgets. 7. Define procurement of spare parts through local or import based on quality performance, lead time and costs. 8. Define EQO, if purchase of spare parts from abroad. 9. Define Import procedure and time frames. 10.Check, inspect and authorize all necessary requisitions and purchase orders. 11.Establish and maintain a balanced inventory that ensures organization’s needs are met. 12.Follow up on all material returns and credit requests. 13.Control purchase and ordering procedures to maintain profitability. 14.Ensure all incoming parts are checked for conformity, price, and return any non- conforming or damaged part with credit request or insurance claim. 15.Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence. 16.Ensure technicians are adequately supplied with all parts and materials, as needed. 17.Seeks out new vendors, suppliers and manufactures, and arrive at negotiating terms and pricing for greater profitability. 18.Make available 100% records of all spare parts in ERP 19.Independently conduct quality inspection/ assessment of spare parts before placing order. INTERNAL CROSS WORKING RELATIONS (DEPARTMENTAL): Technical, Operation & Procurement EXTERNAL WORKING RELATIONS: 1. Manufacturer’s representatives 2. Trade associations 3. Principal distributors, suppliers and other retailers ROLE HOLDER’S PROFILE: Education B.E. Mechanical (Diploma) Relevant Experience : 10+ Years in Road Transportation Technical Knowledge / Skills: Experience of the Parts and Accessories related to truck (Preferably SCANIA, STEYR & DAF) Ability to organize clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources Supply Chain & Logistic Management Computer Skills: •Proficiency in ERP System •Strong in MS Excel •MS Office Suit Language Ability: •Strong working knowledge in written and communicative Arabic and English.
