Qualifications: Acquisition of degree concerning mechanical engineering and electricity (Major of mechanical engineering or electricity). Skills (including language proficiency): • Knowledge of equipment (function and mechanism of equipment). • Knowledge concerning electricity and mechanical engineering. • Knowledge concerning maintenance of machine. • Safe knowledge for equipment. • Reading and conversation in English. • Knowledge of English for reading of manuals and drawing, standard. • The subordinates management. Experience: Take charge of the maintenance business for ten years or more. Competencies & Personal Traits: • Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective communications (outside the company and in-house). • Adequate judgment corresponding to situation. • Demonstrating of lead by sectional. • Negotiation power in-house and outside the company. Responsibilities: 1. Maintains plant equipment with minimum breakdowns by utilizing in-house maintenance crews in a cost effective manner. 2. Ensures safe practices are carried out at all times. 3. Trains maintenance tradespersons. 4. Supervises maintenance personnel. 5. Play an active role in safeguarding the Health and Safety of the workplace. 6. Responsible for taking any and all steps necessary to protect employees and others against occupational accidents, injuries and illness. 7.
