Please I have now till Monday if I can’t provide a genuine buyer the cargo will not available, please I need your urgent assistant to get a buyer for us to close the deal, please help us seal up this deal. Below is the procedure from the seller, the cargo was given to me three days ago but the so call buyer who claim to be buyer is wasteing a lot of time and I can’t afford to loss this opportunity that is the reason why I need your groug to help me to make good contact which I believe in the group. I am agent trying to sell the cargo, because it is who come first. PROCEDURES: TTO 1. Buyer & seller sign the SPA and forward same to their respective banks. 2. Buyer returns signed SPA with ATB format including scan passport of International passport of supercargo and inspectors. 3. Seller give marine ATB and clearance, takes buyer’s super cargo on board his loaded vessel. 4. Buyer upon the confirmation of product, pay FIFTY FIVE MILLION NAIRA FOR LOGISTICS. N55M. WHICH WILL BE PART PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCT and PLACE INSTRUMENT ON THE TOTAL CARGO. 5. UPON CONFIRMATION Seller move loaded cargo to Cotonou waters for QandQ. 6 Buyer shall after satisfactory inspections take over the Loaded vessel. 8. Buyer swifts payment to seller and all other beneficiaries. 9. Vessel sails to its destination (P.O.D.) Contact me for the contract please it is very urgent.
