سؤال من احد الزملاء what is the difference between skeletal & smooth ms excitation & contraction سؤال زي ده مثلا اكتب فيه ايه ولا ايه ؟ ـ بعد اذن حضرتك ............................ 1- skeletal ms depend on Ca from sarcoplasmic reticulum while smooth depend on extracellular Ca 2- CAa bind to troponon C in skeletal , but to calmodulin protein in smooth ms 3- cross bridges bind to actin active site by ATP activity = power stroke in skeletal while in smooth that need myosin kinase enz activity 4-skeletal ms contraction lead to limited shortening of ms fiber whille smooth ms contraction show marked shortening of ms fiber 5- energy required for skeletalms is more while it is less in smooth ms 6- by the end of contraction, ms relaxation ocur by influx of Ca to sarcoplasmic reticulum (actively) while in smooth ms , ca outflux occur إنهاء الدردشة
