Sells and communicates well with clients to build good relationship 2. Consistently and regularly correspond with clients/agents and provide complete travel related services 3. Design & costing of ticket itinerary 4. Regularly get in touch with the service providers / airlines to ensure smooth operation 5. Files, acknowledge messages, prepares documents which forms part of the Welcome Kit being given to clients. 6. Handles Reservations - tickets and ground handling requirements 7. Maintains and updates customer profiles 8. Attends the telephone calls and achieves the targets set by the company. 9. Works closely with the Tour operators/suppliers/Airlines and build up one to one relationship. 10. Follows up reservations, bookings, with the clients and other different vendors before and after travel 11. Offers clients different products available with the company and make sure that at least one new product is sold to the client every time he visits 12. Follows up with the clients for any special requirements 13. Maintains clients database 14. Works on maximizing profits for the company 15. Come up with new ideas and suggestions wherever necessary in the interest of the company 16. Minimizes communication costs by utilizing the most economical way. 17. Minimizes time spent with the client. 18.
