وظيفة في شركة اكت عبر صديقي اسلام والسي فى تتبعت على islamzorina@gmail Service Sales Engineer for Advanced Computer Technology (ACT) Description : -Prepare customer proposals. -Collect and compile data on sales activities Maintaining sales cycle steps -Assist customers in problem definition and finding the best service suitable solution. -Follow up customers requests & orders in addition to conduction of technical/ Business presentations for customers, partners and prospects or any target stakeholder. -Maintains high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs. -Be aware of customer operating system, H/W configuration, network setup and major SW applications priorities. -Follow up collections Provide regular reports to Management describing customers situations work status & recommending necessary actions on both Technical and Non-Technical Issues. -Continuously improves Individual / Technical Knowledge that will facilitate quick adaptation to latest versions of new products announced & New Technologies. -Achieve his quota. Qualifications : •Bachelor degree of engineering or Computer Science. •1-2 Years of experience in a similar or related field (IT Sales). •Very good knowledge & experience in field of network (Routing & Switching) & H/W. •Very good command of English language. •Very good communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner. •Very Good Time management, Presentation, negotiation, analytical & Problem Solving Skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time.
