وظيفة مسئول المراقبة و التقييم Monitoring & Evaluation Officer - وكالة الغوث الاونروا - غزة Monitoring & Evaluation Officer | Location: Gaza Field | Type of Appointment: OD29 (SSA) | Deadline for Application:17 December 2014 Vacancy Announcement Number:03-12-2014 Department/Division: Collective Center Management Unit (CCMU) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES In accordance with established Agency policy and procedures, the incumbent will: -Supports the CCMU in designing and implementing accountability and control procedures and systems for the Collective Centers through the direct day to day monitoring for food, non-food item and water and Sanitation Health (WASH) response delivery. -Develop a field base monitoring system for collective centre managers and assistant Collective Centre Managers and prepare weekly reports for five areas. -Develop a monitoring tool for monitoring UNRWA assistance in collective centres. -Assist in preparing progress reports for donor funded projects for collective centres collaboration with programme support unit focal point. -Assist supervisor in the design of appropriate outcomes/outputs indicators, targets and benchmarks to be used in planning, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact for the collective centres. -Assist supervisor in setting and implementing the CCMU management and planning mechanism through the collation and analysis of data on issues relevant to the CCMU. PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES -Bachelor’s degree in humanitarian affairs, management, social or political science or related discipline. -At least three years experience in humanitarian or development project implementation. Experience in working of monitoring and evaluating will be advantage. -Planning and organising experience in a complex, international settings. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in multi-cultural teams. -Critical thinking and problem solving skills. -Fluent written and verbal English essential; Arabic language ability also preferred. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE -Monthly basic salary $1150.00 -Contract Duration: Three months.
