وظيفة منسق مشروع Project Coordinator - مؤسسة العون الطبي للفلسطينيين MAP-UK - غزة Medical Aid for Palestinians MAP-UK, works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is seeking two highly skilled staff to be hired and based at MAP’s Gaza office. Project Coordinator (Duration: 12 months) Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -Coordinate preparations for regular missions of foreign medical teams to the Gaza Strip with the Ministry of Health, hospital administrators and medical personnel at selected hospitals. -Provide logistical support for medical training symposiums to be conducted by foreign medical teams for in-country medical personnel. -Arrange and monitor the implementation of outpatient clinics, surgical days and post-operative ward rounds targeting war-wounded Palestinians/patients during visits from foreign medical teams. -Manage the data collection from patients and inputting patient data into database. -Arrange and facilitate meetings between foreign medical teams and key stakeholders in the health sector. -Liaise with the Programme Assistant – Gaza and Programme Support Officer – oPt on related logistics and access arrangements. -Coordinate with advocacy and communications team in Head Office to prepare advocacy and communications materials/ products on the FMT project. -Provide support to MAP’s wider Programmes in Gaza as needed. Qualifications and Experience: -Bachelor degree in Health, Development Studies or other related field; -At least 3 years relevant field experience with INGOs preferably in health or developmental or humanitarian aid sectors; -Significant experience in humanitarian programming, including planning, implementation, reporting, monitoring and evaluation; -Significant experience in building and maintaining relations with donors, stakeholders and partners; -Significant experience producing advocacy and communications products for non-governmental organizations; -Outcome focused; able to deliver organizational objectives; -Excellent communication and writing skills; -Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken); -Strong IT skills (MS Office ); -Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team; -Driving license and ability to travel in and outside Gaza; Application procedure and deadline: Candidates should submit a CV and covering letter, naming two professional referees, to [email protected] by 17:00 GMT on 24 December 2014.
