कुछ दिन पहले प्रेम सिंह व अन्य ने जो court की अवमानना का केस डाला था उसके आर्डर C.O.C.P. No. 3334 of 2014 ***** Prem Singh and another Vs. T.C.Gupta and others Present: Mr. Jagbir Malik, Advocate, for the petitioners. **** It is the contention of counsel for the petitioners that order dated 30.03.2011 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in (Tilak Raj Vs. State of Haryana and others), which has even been affirmed by the Honble Supreme Court vide judgement dated 30.03.2012 (Annexure P-7) has not been complied with and, thus, the respondents have violated the order by issuing instructions dated 07.07.2014 (Annexures P-9 and P-10). Counsel, thus, contends that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have committed contempt of Court. Before issuing notice, I deem it appropriate to call for the compliance report from respondent Nos.1 and 2 whether the order dated 30.03.2011 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court has been complied with or not. The compliance report be submitted within a period of eight weeks with an advance copy to counsel for the petitioner, failing which the same shall be accepted by the Registry on payment of ` 2,500/- as costs to be deposited in the accounts of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court within a further period of six weeks. If the report is not filed within the time stipulated, respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall come present in person in Court on the date fixed. Two copies of the contempt petition be supplied to Ms.Meenakshi Verma, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, under proper receipt from her during the course of the day, failing which the contempt petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed. List for further consideration on 12.05.2015. Copy of the order be given dasti to Ms.Meenakshi Verma, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, under the signatures of Bench Secretary of this Court for information and compliance.
