मेवात कैडर में चयनित जेबीटी साथिओ के लिए शपथपत्र का प्रारूप --- AFFIDAVIT I, _____________________ S/o,D/o Sh.____________, R/o ______________________ do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: 1. That in pursuance to the advertisement No.2/2012 issued by Haryana School Teachers Selection Board vide Advt. dated 08.11.2012, I was selected to the post of Primary Teacher (PRT) vide result dated 17.08.2014 under Roll No._____________(Cat. 2, Mewat Cadre). 2. That I hereby affirm and declare that all my documents of qualifying examination for the purpose of selection to the post of PRT are absolutely genuine and there is no illegal method adopted by the deponent to receive those certificates. 3. That the deponent hereby submit that if at all, in future, something is found against me with regard to my qualification/any certificate submitted for the purpose of selection to the post of PRT including the certificate of STET/HTET, the deponent will be liable to face all the consequences under the provisions of Indian Penal Code and the provisions of statutory rules applicable on the post of PRT. 4. That the deponent also hereby submit on oath that the deponent is ready to accept the appointment even without pay till the scientific verification is done as per the orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court and if at all, the deponent is found genuine, then only then shall claim the arrears of salary, otherwise shall be liable for any penal action as mentioned above.
