Asthana, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and Sri Gaus Beg learned counsel for the respondents no. 1 and 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the Special Appeal at the admission stage itself. By the impugned order dated 8.7.2014, the learned Single Judge has declined to grant effective interim relief, but subjected further action of the respondents to the final outcome of the writ petition. It appears that sufficient safeguard has been provided by learned Single Judge while passing the impugned order. We modify the impugned order dated 8.7.2014 to the extent that while taking any action or passing order, the respondents shall indicate in the order with regard to pendency of Writ Petition No.3205 (S/S) of 2014 and shall further indicate that the decision taken by the respondents shall be subject to final outcome of the writ petition and further expedite the hearing of the Writ Petition and direct the Registry to list the Writ Petition No.3205 (S/S) of 2014 peremptorily for its final adjudication immediately after lapse of time provided by learned Single Judge.
