"संतोष" की मेडिकल रिपोर्ट। According to Dr Pankaj, the case is under supervision of Dr. Sandip Vaishya and Dr. Rana Putir (HOD Neuro Surgery). She was seen by Dr. Talwar yesterday evening and today morning. Her overall condition is stable and she is likely to recover from the spell of unconsciousness within 48-72 hrs. There thus is no danger to her life. Her basal parameters like pulse, temperature, BP, urine output and blood/gases perfusion are within normal limits. The movement of her limbs is normal except slight weakness on the right side, though her injury was on the right side of skull for which cranioplasty was carried out earlier in Yashoda hospital. Right sided injury to skull would normally impact the left side of the body. There by suggesting no major trauma to the brain. She continues to remain on respiratory support system which should possibly be removed within next 48 hrs. She showed small pneumonitic patch on the left side in x-ray which is likely to recover. Two x-rays of the chest have already been done. The report for second is awaited. Next MRI is being planned shortly. Her overall condition though is possibly likely to take a prolonged period of recovery.
