With the consent of learned counsel for the parties this petition has been heard at the admission stage itself as in the opinion of the Court petition is liable to be dismissed for the simple reason that the petitioners are not prejudiced by the relevant rule providing for allocation of marks on the respective qualification of the candidates. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to show from the records that any petitioner is getting lesser quality point mark although he has secured higher marks Petition is accordingly dismissed.
