অনেক অনেক ছোট্ট এক বন্ধু -- Priyanka Majumdar আজকে চলে গেছে -- এইমাত্র জানলাম! হয়তো এইরকমই mobile phone এ ছবি তুলছে সে অন্য কোন জগতে -- তুলতো সবসময়েই! এ ছবিটি তোলা Nov, 2011 তে -- প্রথম দেখা সেদিন FBতে মাস তিন আলাপের পর মজারু এই বন্ধুটি -- আমায় দেখেই চিনেছে -- Howrah Station subway তে আমি দাঁড়িয়ে 6:30 am -- Bandel Local ধরবো -- সারাদিন photo-shoot আরেক FB বন্ধু Suman Nath এর আয়োজন -- সবটাই Maruti Van -- সুমনের ভাড়া করে আনা -- জানলায় হলুদ প্রজাপতি -- অমনি Priyanka র mobile camera চালু -- প্রজাপতিটির পছন্দ হয়েছিল ওকে মনে হয় -- চললো আমাদের সাথে van এ.এ.. সারাদিন অনেক ছবি তোলা ঘোরা দুপুরে সুমনের বাড়ি ভুরিভোজ -- একটা গোটা album ছবি post করেছিলাম সেদিনের... খুব স্বচ্ছন্দে তুমি বলতো আমাকে, simple -- আমারও বয়েস বাড়েনি -- ওরও -- কারণ আমাদের কথাবার্তার topic ও ছিল সেরকম -- quirky বা অদ্ভূত রকমের nonsensical -- ala Sukumar Roy এবং photography র দেখতে পাওয়া -- অদ্ভূত কিছু -- সাধারণ scene এই -- এছিল আমাদের মধ্যরাতের আলোচ্য বিষয় -- আমার অনেক photo ও কবিতায় এবং ওরও -- এরকম -- দেয়াল-আলোচনা -- comments-rebuttal-comments ছাপ রেখে গেছে... আমার কলকাতার বাড়ীতেও দারুণ আড্ডা হলো একদিন -- আরো সব FB-friends দের সাথে প্রথম দেখা -- Elomelo Roddur...o tar vrata......Piyali Banerjee..Rajatendra Mukherjee...o tader putrokonya -- সুমনও এসেছিল -- tuku [Mahua Dutta] o tar konye -- বেশ মজা হলো -- আমার প্রথম বই একমনা রোদ -- manuscript stage এ -- তার থেকে কবিতা পড়া হলো -- গান হলো -- খাওয়াদাওয়াও -- আর Priyanka-Piyali-Elomelo এরা এক্কেবারে সেঁটে গেলো :) বন্ধুমির চূড়ান্ত যাকে বলে! শেষ দেখা কবে -- ভাবার চেষ্টা করছি! হয় কলকাতা বইমেলায় -- নয় পার্কসার্কাস এর ওই famous বিরিয়ানির দোকানে -- খেতে ভালবাসতো খুব -- আমি কি একটা কাজে গেছিলাম -- phone করলাম -- lunch করবে নাকি একসাথে? ওর বাড়ি কাছেই -- চলে এল -- এমনই সহজ, ছিমছাম, -- উজ্জ্বল! Lunch এবং বকবক করে চলে গেল:) আজ -- Facebook এ ওর ওয়ালে লিখছে সবাই -- today is really the day to CELEBRATE Priyanka... her wonderful and quirky-unique presence -- like this butterfly -- I felt like writing this haphazard whatever-came-to-my-mind of a note ... and also few more lines... - - - - On a fast drying mud of ganges, there were some blue flowers on dark green fields of leaves. Know the name? I asked. She said everyone knows the name-- these are kachuri-pana Then she laughed out loud when I told her that Bonde-pana also exist whose leaves are tiny like bonde- a common sweet in Bengal - and our discussion turned into how Bengalis always associate everything with food! Her eyes narrowed a bit when I informed that this water hyacinth or kachuripana was actually brought to Bengal by a Hispanic priest all the way from Argentina for its beautiful blue flower and it spread like crazy! She also listened with interest when I told her about another Argentinian flower -- also blue - -one can find in Bengal -- Neelmanilota, --brought to shantinikaetan by Tagore...Finally -- she was amazed -- really her mouth was agape when I mentioned that Mother named this kachuripana flower -- Krishna Consciousness - for it is blue color [color of Krishna] and also because inside the flower there are imprints of peacock-feathers -- sign of Lord Krishna . She went closer picked a flower and did see the peacock-feather imprint -- and her candid delight broke into a wide smile which made the afternoon so much brighter. She gave me a hug and said thank you for showing me Krishnas Consciousness ...
