পাকিস্তান স্কুল শুটিং এবং আস্তিক-নাস্তিক বিতর্ক . . ফেইসবুকে যে কজন বুদ্ধিদীপ্ত মানুষের সাথে আমার কথাবার্তা হয়, তাঁদের মাঝে Lulu Ammansura অন্যতম। গতকাল পাকিস্তানের পেশাওয়ারে ঘটে যাওয়া নারকীয় এবং মর্মান্তিক হত্যাযজ্ঞ নিয়ে আজকে তাঁর সাথে কিছু কথোপকথন হচ্ছিলো। উনি জানতে চেয়েছেন আল্লাহ্ ও তাঁর নবীর (সঃ) কাছে কে বেশী অপরাধী? ওনার অনুমতি নিয়ে ওনার পুরো পোস্টই কৌট করছিঃ . . উনি লিখেছেনঃ “আল্লাহ ও তার নবির কাছে কে বেশি অপরাধী? -যখন নাস্তিকরা কোরানের উপর চায়ের কাপ রাখে? হজের বিরোধিতা করে? -নাকি আস্তিকরা আল্লাহু আকবর বলে নিরীহ শিশু হত্যা করে?” আমার প্রথম কমেন্ট ছিল এ রকমঃ . [দু’টোর মধ্যে একটা সুক্ষ পার্থক্য আছে। যদিও পৃথিবীর বেশীর ভাগ নাস্তিকই আস্তিকদের প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন করে, আমাদের দেশের নাস্তিকদের বেশীর ভাগ উদ্ধত, অভদ্র, রুঢ়, এবং স্রষ্টার ওপর বিশ্বাসীদের প্রতি অসম্মান প্রদর্শনকারী। অন্যদিকে আমাদের দেশের এবং সারা বিশ্বের আস্তিকদের একটি ক্ষুদ্র অংশই কেবল চরমপন্থায় বিশ্বাসী করে কখনও একটি শিশুকে হত্যা করার কথা চিন্তা করতে পারে।] . “there is a subtle difference: although most atheists in the world are respectful of the faithfuls, atheists in our country are mostly arrogant, impolite, rude, rowdy, and disrespectful of those who believe in God, on the other hand, only a tiny fraction of all the faithfuls in the world as well as those in our country are extremists who would ever think of killing a child.” এরপর উনি লিখেছেনঃ . আমার সমস্যা টা এখানে না, বড় অপরাধ রেখে তুলনামুলক ছোট অপরাধ নিয়ে মাতামাতি করা গাধামি। যেখানে নেতাদের দুর্নীতি, বেআইনি ব্যবসা, হত্যা ইত্যাদি অপরাধের জন্য ছাড় পায় কিন্তু সমালোচনার জন্য বিশাল আন্দোলন এর মুখে পড়ে তখন। পাকিস্তানের ১৩২ শিশুর হত্যাকারী তালেবান দের জন্য আস্তিক সমাজে বিশাল গর্জন ও নিন্দার ঝড় উঠলে এই স্ট্যাটাস আর এই তুলনা আমার মাথায় আসতো না। Waresul Karim . . আর হ্যা যেই অল্প উগ্র আস্তিক দের কথা বললেন তাদের জন্য বিশাল আস্তিকেরা কি পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছে তা কি বলতে পারবেন? কিন্তু তসলিমা ম্যাডামের মাথার দাম আমরা জানি . . এর উত্তরে আমার কমেন্টঃ Dear Lulu Ammansura, I am not sure what media you are following to see who are protesting the murder of 132 innocent children in Peshawar. It would be unfair to confuse the 1.6 billion Muslims and several billion of faithfuls in other religions with a handful of extremists that are perpetrating these heinous crimes like the ones in Peshawar or Sydney. . . I think we should be careful in drawing parallels between the Taliban and the 170 million peace loving, poor, impoverished, and mostly innocent civilians living in the terror of a few outlawed terrorists. You wanted to see protests from the faithfuls. Do you think the Pakistan armed forces are atheists? Who are fighting the Taliban? The atheists or the faithful army and successive governments of Pakistan since Parvez Mosharraf? Are they atheists? . . I am not sure how the debate of atheists versus faithfuls is relevant in the context of Peshawar? The tragedy is not perpetrated by people who are simply believers, i.e., faithfuls. These are radical elements who are not fighting any atheists and I am sure you are aware that their agenda and issues are far more complex than the debate that some fanatic atheists versus billions of faithfuls who would never ever resort to violence. . . You also wanted to know what measures have the huge number of faithfuls taken to deal with these handful of extremists? Of course they have. Say for example, in our country, I am sure you would agree that our government or our army, Police or the RAB are not atheists. They are fighting the radicals. The atheist citizens are not having to fight them, the believer citizens are taking up the fight. But if you expect the believers to take up arms to fight the radicals, then we will have another group of extremists,wont we? Worldwide the time-tested strategy found to be effective in fighting these guys is education, poverty alleviation, freedom, democracy, dialogue, and simultaneous show of intolerance to violence. The believers worldwide are doing just that, they are condemning these actions in the same way as a handful of hate-preaching atheists. Pakistan has not left the fight against extremism to Pakistani atheists. Pakistan army and Police have sacrificed I think about 35,000 lives in their own war on terror. . . Finally, calling those who have killed over a hundred children chanting the name of God believers (astik) is an insult to the 1.6 billion peace-loving believers (astiks) like our parents, ourselves, and our children. Lulu Ammansura লিখেছেনঃ সবাই ঘৃনা ও ধিক্কার দিয়েছে কিন্তু জনগন ওদের বিরুদ্ধে মাঠে নামে নাই। কিন্তু আজ যদি কেও ধর্ম নিয়ে কথা বলে তখন মানুষ মাঠে নামে, অনলাইনে হ্যাস ট্যাগের বন্যা হয়ে যায়। আমার সাধারন মানুষ গুলোর এই আচরণ অবাক করে। আপ্নি একটা প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিন- জংগিদের বিরুদ্ধে সাধারন মানুষ এর বাস্তব প্রতিবাদ আর তস্লিমা ও আসিফদের জন্য করা বাস্তব প্রতিবাদের মাত্রা কি এক?
