মাঝে মাঝেই ঝালাই করে নিবেন 10 Rules of transformation from Affirmative to Negative Rule:01 Only শুধু None but (in case of any person – যে কোন ব্যক্তির ক্ষেত্রে)Nothing but (in case of anything or material –যে কোন বস্তুর ক্ষেত্রে) Not more than/Not less than (in case of any idea or age–যে কোন ধারনা বা বয়স বোঝাতে) Examples of Rule: 01 Affirmative: Only your brother can solve the problem Negative: None but your brother can solve the problem Affirmative: The boy has only two tickets of tomorrow Negative: The boy has nothing but two tickets of tomorrow Affirmative: He got only 45% marks in English paper Negative: He got not more than/not less than 45% marks in English paper Rule:02 Must(অবশ্যই) Cannot but+ base form of verb Cannot help+ (verb+ ing) না করে পারেনা Examples of Rule: 02 Affirmative: He must visit the flood affected people of this village. Negative: He cannot but visit the flood affected people of this village. Negative: He cannot help visiting the flood affected people of this village Rule:03 Every(প্রতি)There is no……..but…… There is no……..without….. (when have/has is the one and only verb in sentence–যখন কোন বাক্যে বা একমাত্র এবং প্রধান ক্রিয়া হিসেবে থাকে) Examples of Rule: 03 Affirmative: Every person hankers after the happiness in life. Negative: There is no person but hankers after the happiness in life. Affirmative: Every action has a reaction in this world. Negative: There is no action without a reaction in this world. Rule:04 As soon as……,যেই মাত্র No sooner had……than হতে না হতেই Examples of Rule: 04 Affirmative: As soon as the teacher came, all students stood up in the class. Negative: No sooner had the teacher come than all students stood up in the class. Rule:05 Always সবসময় Never+ opposite word of the affirmative word (হা-বোধক শব্দের বিপরীত শব্দ) ৫ম নিয়মের উদাহরনঃ Affirmative: The student is always late in his class. Negative: The student is never punctual in his class. . Rule:06 Both…….and উভয়ে Not only……but also শুধু এটাই নয়...ওটাও ৬ষ্ঠ নিয়মের উদাহরনঃ Affirmative: Both Rony and your brother broke the tree last night. Negative: Not only Rony but also your brother broke the tree last night. Note: here, you must notice the position of not only…but also. If not only comes after a subject, but also will come also after subject and it is same in case of verb and object. You must concentrate on the balanced or equal position of not only and but also in a sentence. ব্যাখাঃ এখানে তোমাকে ‘not only’এবং ‘but also’ এর অবস্থান খেয়াল করতে হবে। যদি not only’ বাক্যে subject এর পূর্বে বসে তবে ‘but also’ subject এর পূর্বে বসবে এবং একই নিয়ম verb ও object এর বেলায়। এককথায় তোমাকে ‘not only’এবং ‘but also’ এর ক্ষেত্রে সমঅবস্থান অনুসরন করতে হবে। Rule:07 Too…….to…. এতই যে So……..that+ subject+ cannot/could not+ verb+ object ৭ম নিয়মের উদাহরনঃ Affirmative: The old man was too weak to carry the load now. Negative: The old man was so weak that he could not carry the load now Rule:08 As…….as…একইরকম Not less……than….. ৮ম নিয়মের উদাহরনঃ Affirmative: The tiger is as fast as the lion. Negative: The tiger is not less fast than the lion. Examples of Rule: 09 Rule:09 Superlative degree/ Comparative degree Positive degree ৯ম নিয়মের উদাহরনঃ Affirmative: He is the best student in this class at present. He is better student than any other student in this class at present. Negative: No other student in this class is as good as he at present Examples of Rule: 10 Rule:10 Universal truth (চিরন্তন সত্য) Auxiliary verb+subject +not+verb+object? ১০ম নিয়মের উদাহরনঃ Affirmative: The sun rises in the east. Negative: Does the sun not rise in the east? নিজের সুবিধামতো সময়ে পড়তে শেয়ার করে নিজের টাইমলাইনে রাখুন।
