பிரபல தென்னிந்திய நடிகை ரேவதி 1966 ஜூலை 8 இல் பிறந்தார் - Asha Kelunni Kutty, better known by her stage name Revathi, is an Indian film, actress and film director, known for her works predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu films.[2] She was also starred in few Kannada and Bollywood films. She was one of the mainstream top heroine from 1982 t0 1996. She has also directed feature films, and has acted in and produced multiple television programs. She has won several accolades, including three National Film Awards in three different categories, and six Filmfare Awards South.[3] Revathi is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, having studied since the age of seven and performed her arangetram in Chennai in 1979. [4] Apart from films, she has been involved in a variety of social organizations, the most notable being the Banyan, Ability foundation, Tanker foundation and Vidyasagar, and has also served as a member of several film festivals including the Chennai International Film Festival and the International Film Festival of India Personal life[edit] Ms. Revathi pleading to be an Organ Donor Revathi got married to cinematographer and director Suresh Chandra Menon in 1986. The couple dont have any children. However following differences between them, they started living separately from 2002 and were granted divorce on April 22, 2013[7] by Chennai Additional Family Court.[8] Ms. Revathi, Actor cum Social Activist supporting the cause of organ donation at an awareness event held in September 2009.[9]
