We say that we should not celebrate or greet for new year of the Christians! But the names of the dates and months are full of pagan gods and deities! If you sincerely think, we are following this calendar in our day to day life! and not the lunar calendar prescribed by the Quran. The calendar prescribed by Allah is absolutely precise and without any error.If we cannot establish this calendar in this scientific era, how can we claim that Islam is the most scientific religion? It is the duty of the Muslims to establish the lunar calendar and practice that in our day to day life!
