ഈ Meen Chuttathu ഒന്നു കഴിച്ചു നോക്കി അഭിപ്രായം പറയൂ... w3.adukkala/thani-nadan/meen-chuttathu/ Ingredients Neymeen – 100 gram Dried chilly – 4 nos Shallots – 50 gram Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon Lemon – 1 no Salt – as required Ginger – 20 gram Green chilly – 3 nos Garlic – 10 gram Coconut oil – 20 gram Curry leaves – 2 strip Method of preparation Cut the meen into square pieces. Grind the dried chilly, garlic, and shallots and make a paste. Add the paste into the cut pieces of meen and mix well. Add the lemon juice, pepper powder into it. Heat a pan and roast the meen and keep it aside. After that pour the coconut oil and heat. add the remaining shallots, green chilly, ginger, curry leaves and fry. Add the chilly powder, turmeric powder , pepper powder and required salt into it and fry. While getting cooked add the earlier roasted fish into this masala mix and fry. Then wrap this in a banana leaf properly and can serve
