There are nothing related to real original Pad Thai recipe, besides tamarind in their sauce and bean sprouts in their veggie selections. Also the meaning of the word Pad is to stir fry. So what they presented is just a Salad with dressing. Anyway, I like their creativity and I will try to make that salad dish one day since it looks healthy and yumm. Again, it is not Pad Thai. 555
