The 2008 constitution is composed of more than 400 articles, out of which more than 300 articles are required to be amended. To amend these articles successfully within one year, at least 1 - 2 days are required to amend one single article. 2. Please note strongly that the final decision will be made solely by the National Defense and Security Council (N D S C), which is ABOVE the constitution. The NDSC may and can take over the state power constitutionally or non-constitutionally at any time. 3. Therefore, every average person can imagine that trying to amend the 2008 constitution is time-consuming, and there is no chance at all for successful amendment.
