I just heard this from someone who came from Addis, and has some connection with the incumbent government, that there could be a potential so called Last War with Eritrea. In my opinion that would be the STUPIDST THING. Why would Ethiopians die to change regime in Eritrea? I like the fact the Ethiopian army can go and hit inside Eritrea, but to have all declared war is not a good idea. Also Shabia is weak and tamed right now, and the only thing it could do is beg the U.N. So there is no purpose to unseat the Shabia goon, who has been the best medicn to Eritreans and their Banda treatrious self. I say KEEP ISSYAS as long as possible, because he is punshing Eritreans more than anyone else. Also, removing Issyas could be the same thing like removing Saddam, while toppling the dictator it would open lots little can of worms (and mostly for Islamist radicals in Eritrea). The Dictator is good controlling this little worms within Eritrea, and it is much easier to fight Issyas than have little Al-Shabab kind of groups in Eritrea.
