TPLF has always been rewarded material, moral and aid money from west with no preconditions. TPLF is now a police state to the region. interweaving 1, 2 and 3 provides us with a clue about at least the party is not by any means at the state of compromising or negotiating with either of the two vertexes of the power triangle for a win-win outcome. the economic and power monopoly in EPRDF speaks its nature is turning sharp to be an organized entity impossible to negotiation on democratic principles. First they are physically thousands miles away from the country and influencing the target population demands huge material and moral requirements. The most those forces have and can do is broadcasting their agenda through their medias that are always at risk of jamming and blockage. the government ignored to block those streams doesnt mean its incapable but by doing optimization; the political impact these medias are creating is weaker and would have been costly had these medias were jammed. Second, even though EPRDF looks very much close to OLF in its ideology; its now a big state that has no slightest of interest in costing its economic and power monopoly and open its doors for a genuine win-win negotiation.
