Usually, Hun Sens good promise, (e.g. I cut off my head if I cannot stop illegal logging) never comes true, but his bad and vicious promise (e.g. be careful of third hands [to kill protesters]) always happens. Today, he threatened to depose Kem Sokha. Let us wait and see if this vicious promise will eventually come true.
