នៅក្នុងពិភពលោក បាននឹងកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់ និងអនុវត្តនូវ Double Standard យ៉ាងសកម្មបំផុត ហើយវាលេចចេញពីប្រទេសមហាអំណាចនេះតែម្តង។ ប្រទេសទាំងនេះ គឺជាអ្នកទទួលបានផលប្រយោជន៍ច្រើនបំផុតនៅក្នុងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិទាំងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និង នយោបាយ ហើយពួកនេះត្រូវរហូត មិនដែលខុស។ In all over the world, it has been actively using and implementing the concept Double Standard, and it emerges and appears from the only once superpower countries: the United States, China, Russia,and some European countries and so on. These countries are to get very great benefits in the International Relations both economic and political interests from developing countries or poor countries, and the superpowers are never wrong and perfect forever. Therefore, poor countries like Cambodia should effort and develop itself as many as possible and not too depend on these. Both international and domestic politics, poor countries are wrong forever even though the countries effort and develop to promote human rights and democracy in their country well.
