Such wisdom is not based on “metaphysical and imaginational perspective or suppositions”, and it does not spring from listening to and learning from others at all. But it is the real self-realization and self-actualization. For instance, reflecting on the principle of dependent Origination in order or reverse in conformity with Buddhist intuitive thought (wisdom), the yogi (or meditator) should render the contemplation on the ‘reality’ which can be experimented and realized by himself. By going through the experience of veridical yogic insight, he can abandon ignorance, craving and attachment at the end. Aside from this Buddhist view, the result is just the remembrance of letters [or alphabets] and the explanation of the teachers only because of wrong way of practice. [It is not a veridical knowledge but learned one.] However, he can suppress and inhibit the temporary defilements disturbing and inflicting the minds. In this regard, if he gets astray by holding false as true and true as false (overstatement); he cannot attain the real Dhamma with insight knowledge. But, he turns out to claim himself as all-embracing knower of self-realization. [In fact, what he knows is just the meaning and the explanation]. His standpoint can compel him into the wrong view and conceit having knowledge as its cause. The Blessed One inspires us to take account of the “reality” which can be ascertained and realized by intuitive wisdom. Consequently, He prohibits us from drawing a close relationship with and strong declination on the ‘views” which cannot be verified and clarified by one’s own efforts. That view is to hold or subscribe that “everything exists (sabbaþ atthi), and everything does not exist (sabbaþ natthi) commonly known as eternality-view (sassata-dièèhi) and annihilation-view (uccheda-dièèhi). [His aim at the characteristic of wisdom is not the exact copy of knowledge but exact self-realization of knowledge.]
