外商公司台灣公利洋行誠徵 Management Trainer 【工作職缺】Management Trainee 【工作內容】 Act as a dedicated Business Support partner to the Country General Manager / President. In collaboration with NA Business Support & Optimization, this role will support from the country level to enhance business data efficiency, business operations, process coordination and strategic/business planning process. This role is also a management trainee role which can be considered to develop to a business management career. ‧Prepare market or business update/report/analysis with inputs from sales marketing team; business systems; external market reports etc. to support Country General Manager / President align with the requests from NA regional. ‧Actively communicate and collaborate with external and internal to analyze information needs and functional requirements; provide support on business analysis, strategic/business planning as well as implementation of specific initiatives/projects. ‧Measure and monitor regularly the implementation of country business strategy, specific group targets and action items. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. ‧Support Country General Manager / President to develop communication package to local key suppliers/customers. ‧Facilitate management meetings/workshops to extract key information to develop strategies, objectives and action plans. ‧Align with Regional to support the consistent business processes, documentation and maintenance of Intranet/databases, etc. (e.g. manage project database, analyses project pipeline) ‧Manage various ad-hoc activities to Country General Manager / President or individual units/projects whenever. 【徵求條件】 - University degree in Chemical related, additional business administration or marketing degree, master or MBA preferred. - Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of working experience in business administration, sales & marketing, or project management. Experience and knowledge in Chemistry are highly desired. - Strong business acumen, analytical & problem-solving skills, combined with structural approach.
