梁家傑大律師, open letter! When you so eagerly criticized the policemen accused of wrong doing during a press briefing the other day, would you mind saying in what capacity were you speaking from? Legco member? Lawyer? Judge of public opinion? Citizen? First lets speak about your role as an attorney and Legco member, you seem to have violated all the accused to a fair trial by deeming you find evidence in support of misconduct. Have you reviewed all evidence already before the accuser even file a complaint? Also in district you are representing as legco member, there are surely citizens against what the illegal occupation is about, are you openly disregarding their voice? Are you presently using your power and authority as legco member to defy any ethics to secretly assist the illegal occupation movement? Democracy is voice of all people and not just the ones you want to listen to, as lawyer and legco member, you cannot ethically cherry pick laws to suit and to disregard when they are opposite to your illegal campaign, surely you have sworn at some point to uphold ALL laws?
