After investigations carried out by Company investigations department showed that the real reason is that some consumers had bought an unrecognized product in order to save some money from unauthorized dealer, The example of an unrecognized product such as the vacuum plastic seal was broken or being cut / a small hole was cut at the product identification code area just to obliterate the product identification number is to prevent the company investigations department investigate into their privately promotions, but after investigation was done over on this matter,the company investigations department assure that the goods of the seller was not recognized by the Company Cell Story Sdn Bhd products. As smart consumers please do not save a little money in order to harm your healths. To all consumers please pay attention into this matter,and the company now is doing further investigation on this matter and will retained legal action against those unauthorized dealers!! Why do Products have the exclusive [Product Identification Number]? Because it represents: - 1) Product Identification 2) To Identify the authenticity of the products. 3) Product details:- i) Production batch ii) Manufacturing information iii) Operator All the consumers please take note!! # Do not buy or consume product packaging has been altered or defaced. # Product identification number is incomplete or there are no product identification number either been obliterated. # This we will not able to provide after-Sales Service or Service of proving the authenticity of the product will not be provided for the products with incomplete or missing Product Identification Code. ☞☞ When Purchasing, Ensure that Products Identification Codes are not tampered with or removed.
