真実報道 その31：今でも毎日2万4千ベクレルのセシューム134・137が大気に排出されている。毎日だ。勿論他の核種は出てるけど測定してない? これらはどこへ行く? どこへ行った? True Report No. 31: Where do the cesium 134 & 137 released freely to the air from Fukushima crippled nuclear plant in every minutes go to? It’ll be 24,000 becquerels per day even now according to TEPCO. 福島汚染地区では除染などというまやかしで、大手ゼネコンに2014年7月までの費用1.5兆円のウハウハが落ちている。初めから分かっていることは除染なんて出来るわけがないし、それはチェルノブイリ事故で立証済みだが、出来ないと分かっていても、やるのが奴らの流儀だから・・・。勿論目的はほかにある。金と利権だ。・・・と我々は言い続けていたが、勿論いつも通り無視。 結局、「汚染を移動する」ことになるだけなのだが、税金を湯水のごとく使って一部のゼネコンを喜ばし、利権と裏金でウハウハしている官僚どもと政治家どもにまたしてもやられた訳だ。 では実際にどの様に除染しているのかといえば、実は、金はゼネコンに払われて下請け孫請けが実際は動くが、当たり前だけど、除染は進まないばかりか、逆に汚染を広げている。除染した水を流しっぱなしにしたり、汚染ごみを川に流したりは当たり前。 数字を見ると、未だに15%しか出来ていないそうだ、実際の地区では1.5%しか進んでいないとの事。政府の予定は、2013年1月で全域終わる予定であった。 何故か?それは汚染土の仮置き場が決められないし中間置場も、最終置場も決められていないからだ。除染した汚染土を家の近くに置きたい人は誰もいない。当たり前だ。でも実際には、学校の校庭、家の庭、田んぼの片隅、空き地、公園、地区所有の集会所、牧草地などに山積みとなっている。今年初め、朝日新聞が除染で集めた木の枝などを川に捨てていたという記事があった。どうもこれは捏造記事ではなかったようだ。何故なら他のメディアでも同じ情報があった。YouTubeにビデオもあったが今では削除されている。 ではレベルはと言えば、法律を守るならば「放射性廃棄物用の貯蔵庫」に一時保管されなくてはならないと決められている「深刻な放射線レベル」の廃棄物質なのだ。何も知らない子供たちがそばで遊んで家に帰っても、被曝したかどうかは調べようが無い。例え、健康障害が将来起こっても因果関係は知る由もない。 一方、福島第一事故現場では、原発第1、第2、第3号機から排出されるセシューム134・137の合計が毎日、2万4千ベクレル放出されている（東電の発表による）。これらの汚染は毎日どこに行っているのだろう。毎日、空気中に飛んで行って消えると思っているのだろうか? とんでもない。繰り返しになるが、消えないで積み重なるのが核物質の厄介なところだ。 人体に無害な気体ならばそう思えるだろうが、残念ながら放射性物質で強烈に有害なセシュームだ。残念ながら消えないばかりか、毎日どこかに風で飛ばされて積み重なってホットスポットを知らない間に作っている。それは全くどこか調査するまで分からない、SPEEDIなら予測は出来るであろう。本来ならば、国はそれらの調査を行い国民に知らせる義務があるが、何様日本の腐れきった政府と官僚では無理。 だから、汚染土の仮置き場も中間置場も最終置場も決まっていない。しかも半端な広さでは貯蔵しきれないのでまず無理。仮置き場もないので、今度は仮の仮を作ろうとしかも強引に住民に相談なしに勝手に置き場所を、取り敢えず、決めて仮の場所で30年間置いておくそうだ。すると、最終置場に行くまでに60年。それも最終置場があればの話だ。1メートル四方の袋に入れて何千袋以上も、実際には何万袋にもなるのだが、その袋の耐用年数は3年だそうだから、何十回も変えないといけない計算になるがまずそれはしないだろうから、いずれは破れて汚染土は漏れ流れそこらじゅうを再度汚染し大変な問題になることは明らかだ。奴らにとって、そんなことはどうでも良いようで、今だけ、誤魔化せば自分の責任回避が出来るといういつもの無責任体制だ。奴ら官僚の保身と無責任の勝手をやってるに過ぎない。 実際の現場では、全くと言っていいほど除染は進んでいなく、しかも屋根やコンクリートなどは高圧洗浄機である程度落ちる時期は過ぎて今では、全くと言っていいくらいに落ちないようになった。放射性物質は瓦やコンクリートの隙間に入って、こびりついて今では高圧洗浄機位では落ちなくなっている。元々、除染は出来ないといわれていたにも拘わらず、金と利権を作りたい官僚どもと政治家には全く聞くつもりはなかったのだ。又もや、奴らに税金の無駄遣いを許したこととなった。 結果、住民がまたもやバカにされている。除染されないは、汚染は広がるは、被曝はするは、土地は勝手に利用され、汚染されて使い物にならなくなるは・・・で、メチャクチャにされている。これが日本の官僚と政治家なのだけど、マスコミなどで知らされない当事者以外の他の国民は時間と共に“得意の健忘症”を発症して忘れ始めている様だ。例え法律に訴えてもいつもの様に機能していない裁判所では騙されるのが落ちだ。全くお気の毒なことだ。こうなることも、これから起こるだろうこともすべて予想通り。 やっぱり・・・って・・・こと。…なんだけれど最初から聞く耳持たない奴らには、我々の声は届かない。国民は、また泣き寝入り?の繰り返し…。 福島事故現場の地下の遮蔽壁も小出先生は事故当初から公に声をあげているのに東電の連中は“効果がない”とか言って取り合わなかった。2013年6月19日には東電が地下水の汚染があったのを発表した。遮蔽壁を作っていれば避けられた汚染だが、東電と政府の無責任ぶりの為に、また取り返しのつかない状況になった。2年以上たった今頃になってやっとそれを作ると言い始めている。もう取り返しはつかない。 くそバカどもに何を言っても無駄だと分かっているけど、奴らが当事者なのだから責任を持って処理してもらわないと他にいない。だから、今までの東電は早々に解体して責任ある人たちで新会社を組織し、処理してもらわないと日本国民のみならず世界の人々が困る。 日本人の不幸なことは、日教組の教育が行き届いてしまったことだ。 According to TEPCO, Fukushima Daiichi crippled nuclear plant are still releasing radioactivity in the air freely even now after 2 years from accident. They are only saying about cesium 134 & 137 but there are all other nuclide isotopes as well. The releasing strength of radiation on cesium are 24,000 becquerels per day. Unbelievable!!!! They don’t say nothing where all those radioactive materials are gone to. They will never disappear! Where have they gone to? Where have they piled up? They are flying in the air and the wind will take them anywhere and falls on any place and are piling up. Or people will get them into the body by breathing and tiny particles might be on the surface of lungs. They would be falling on the land and/or field to grow vegetables, fruits, or any other foods. People might eat them without knowing they are contaminated and might get radioactive materials inside of the body and it might become cancer 10 to 30 year later or cause a heart infarction as known. There are people dying in Fukushima without identifying the cause although no report on media but the people who living there said. We have no idea what cause those death recently in Fukushima. TEPCO has announced on 06/19/2013 that the underground water had been contaminated and measured some strontium90 and tritium. The strength are 1,000 becquerels per litter that is 30 times of the standard and 500,000 becquerels that is 8 times of the standard by the law respectively. We all knew that it‘ll be contaminated the underground water sooner or later. Prof. Koide at Kyoto University Nuclear Reactor Laboratory has been warning since the day 1 of the accident but TEPCO didn’t want to listen to him, since he is not their patronized professor. He’s also been suggesting to install some walls in the underground to prevent this kind problems but again they didn’t listen to him. Now TEPCO has announced to install some walls in the underground after 2 years and it’s too late to prevent the contamination. It’s been already contaminated in everything around there and no way to reover any more. They have never had responsibilities at all no matter what happened with people who are dead or alive or suffering. There are 160,000 people have been lost their properties and more people are suffering. We don’t know how long ago it’s been contaminated since. The people around there might have been drinking it already or they might be using for the agriculture and domestic animal industries. We have been insisting that the people are not supposed to be living there. Japanese government has plans to let the citizens return there and to do that the government bureaucrats set up decontaminate programs and spending 1.5 billion dollars for nothing, because the decontamination are not possible. That’s what’s we all know, but the bureaucrats. We know that they just want to have the fact that they did something for contamination even if it won’t work. It’s clearly for themselves not for the citizens. Therefore it doesn’t matter if it works or not. So, it is not progressing at all. According to their plans the decontamination of 9 areas where are the most contaminated area process should be finished in January 2013 but 15% of total area is done so far and some area is finished only 1.5%, beside the decrease of strength is helpless and the most area are contaminated again as we predicted. The big problems are there will be no place to storage radiation waste after decontamination works as we knew and kept telling them. Their plans showed 3 steps, temporary storage for 30 years, middle stage storage for 30 years and the final storage for thousands of years or forever. They thought that there will be no problem to find the place. Anybody want to radioactive materials near your house? I don’t think there is somebody but the government bureaucrats thought so. Of cause there is no place, so the government bureaucrats try to cheat citizens now by contracting without agreement from the property owners. This will lead big problems for sure. I’m telling here, there, and everywhere that TEPCO have to be resolved once and re-establish the new one to fix this mess. The current TEPCO doesn’t have capable to take care of this disaster. The problems is that TEPCO doesn’t have willing to take care of this mess at all.
