Taking a neutral stand from what I have read, you havent provided sufficient evidence for what you claimed to have been done. Thanks for the uploaded photos of you in your branded goods but it is not enough to prove that they are real, genuine goods as the picture provided by you are too small and unclear to make any definite judgement. Now, I would like you to pay attention to what I have to say. Even if the person (Ann Chin) you claimed to have taken your branded bag did do so, your personal comments directed at her character such as calling her a cheap person is against the defamation act. This is also against the Facebook policy whereby harsh hate comments/posting are not allowed. If the situation goes bad, you might have your Facebook account removed and worst come to worst, you might get charged to court for defamation. Punishment for defamation could be up to 2 years and possibly combined with fine. I would also like to remind you that Facebook is not a place that I would share such hate post. The Web is a place where information uploaded will not be able to be taken down, which I have proved to be true as I have saved a copy of your post on my device. Any further comment made by you and your friends is recorded down on the Facebook server and it could all be potentially be used against you on the court. Hence I would like to present you with a solution. One that you may want to take into action to recover from the damage you have done. You can remove the post as soon as possible and make an apology to all those who got affected by the post. On a side note, theres a few things that I myself felt offended to some level. What have the kids done to you to deserve what harsh comments you have made about them? And who have given you the permission to even curse them.
