주일 설교 / 2013년 7월 14일 큰빛행전 29장 (행 28:23,30~31) Sermon Title: Acts 29 - The Deeds and Acts of our Church Sermon Passage: Acts 28:23, 30-31 ------------Acts 28:23 - 23 They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Jesus. Acts 28:30-31 - 30 For two whole years Paul stayed there in his own rented house and welcomed all who came to see him. 31 He proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ—with all boldness and without hindrance! ------------ 오늘이 우리교회 창립 29주년을 기념하는 주일입니다. 우연히 어제 알게된 사실은 요즘 한국 기독교계를 어지럽히는 이단 가운데 신천지교회라는 단체도 금년이 29주년이라고 대대적인 행사를 하는 것을 보았습니다. Today is our church’s 29th Anniversary Sunday. Just this past few days, I happened upon some news that one of Korea’s disruptive cults, an organization called the New World, was also marking their 29th anniversary with celebratory events. 우리와 똑같은 29년인데 그동안 그들은 교주 한사람을 따르는 추종세력을 10만명을 만들어 온세상을 시끄럽게 하고 있습니다. 그런면에서 보면 우리교회가 지난 29년 동안 주님께 드렸던 헌신이 많이 부족했다는 자책감을 갖게 됩니다. We celebrate the same 29th Anniversary, however, they have spent all those years following one human person, growing to 100 000 members and causing a huge ruckus throughout the world. In light of this, when we consider the past 29 years of our devotion and commitment to our Lord, our devotion and commitment is greatly lacking. 이단들도 저렇게 열심히 금년이 14만 4천명을 완성 시키는 해로 잡고 열광인데, 진리를 믿는다고 고백하는 우리들의 열정은 이단보다도 못한 것인가하는 생각을 하면서 우리들이 처음 가졌던 첫사랑을 회복해야겠다는 생각을 하게 되었습니다. Even cults diligently and passionately seek to complete this year’s goal to reach 144 000 members, but we who profess that we know and believe in the Truth are not nearly as passionate as the cults around us. We must recover that first love that we have lost over the years. (다른 복음= 저주 바른 교훈 = 축복) 오늘 설교 제목도 큰빛행전 29장입니다. 요즘 우리는 사도행전 29장이라는 말을 종종 듣습니다. 하나님나라에 가신 하용조 목사님도 Acts 29 운동을 일으키시다가 하늘나라에 가셨습니다. Today’s sermon title is “LPC’s Acts 29”. We have heard the term “Acts 29” often these days. The late Reverend Yong Jo Ha worked hard for the Acts 29 vision before he went to meet our Lord. 사도행전은 28장까지 밖에 없습니다. 그러나 사도행전의 사명을 받은 그리스도의 제자들은 이 사역을 지금도 계속하고 있습니다. 그래서 사도행전이라는 책은 마치 슈베르트의 미완성 교향곡 같은 책 입니다. There are only 28 chapters in the Book of Acts. However, the disciples of Christ who received the mission in Acts are continuing this work to this day. In this way, the Book of Acts is very much like Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony. 이제 땅 끝까지 복음이 전파되는 날 비로소 사도행전의 역사는 완성 될 것 입니다. 우리는 이 완성의 날을 간절히 기대하며 복음을 전하고 있는 것 입니다. When the Gospel reaches every nation and the ends of the earth, that’s when the narrative in the Acts will come to a close. As we spread the Gospel, we eagerly await the day when this mission will be complete. 그리고 이런 복음 전파의 모델이 되는 하나님의 사람이 바로 바울입니다. 그래서 기독교 역사에 있어서 가장 상징적인 크리스챤은 바울 사도라고 해도 이의를 제기할 분은 없을 것이라 생각합니다. One of the greatest evangelistic/missions models is God’s servant, Paul. That’s why everyone agrees that the most iconic Christian of Christian history is the Apostle Paul. 참으로 바울은 기독교 역사 속에서 가장 위대한 그리스도의 제자였으며 가장 모범적인 크리스챤이었으며 가장 훌륭한 신학자였고, 가장 훌륭한전도자였습니다. Paul was indeed one of the greatest and most influential Christians in Church History, he was an exemplary disciple, the greatest theologian, and the greatest evangelist. 또한 바울은 가장 논리적으로 기독교의 교리를 변증하고 옹호했던 대학자였으며 가장 심오한 사색가, 가장 완벽한 사상적인 저술가로도 손색이 없었습니다. As a scholar, Paul was also able to dialectically and logically defend Christian doctrine, he was a profound thinker and there was no one who was able to write so beautifully and coherently as he did. 그러나, 그는 무엇보다도 철저하게 헌신되었던 복음의 사도로 기억되어 마땅한 사람이었습니다. 그는 실로 주 하나님과 그리스도 예수의 이름을 빛낸 사람이었습니다. However, beyond all these things, Paul is known foremost for his commitment, as a man who was wholly given to the Gospel message. He was surely a man who made the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and his God shine. 이 단신의 거인, 세계를 변화시킨 하나님의 사람 바울은 주후 61년경에 로마에 도착하게 됩니다. 이것은 그의 마지막 소원이었습니다. This lone giant, God’s servant Paul who would change the history of the world, arrived in Rome in 61 AD. It was his last wish. 로마에 복음이 전해지지 않고는 그당시 세계가 복음화 될 수 없다고 생각했던 바울은 얼마나 로마에 가기를 소원하고 있었는지요. 그러나, 장애물이 많았습니다. 길이 막혔습니다. 여러 번 시도했으나 역경이 많았습니다. Paul knew that if the Gospel was not being preached in Rome, it meant that the Gospel was not being preached throughout the world, and therefore, he was eager to preach in Rome. However, there were many obstacles. Doors were closed. He tried to go many times before but his plans were changed because of adversity. 그러나, 하나님께서는 결국 인간의 상상을 초월한 놀라운 방법으로 바울을 로마로 보냈습니다. Still, God, who is so much greater than the thoughts of man, sends Paul to Rome in an amazing way. 선교사 파송예배를 받고 로마교회 성도들의 환호를 받으며 로마에 입성한 것은 아니었지만 그는 전도여행을 마치고 예루살렘에 올라갔다가 유대인들의 밀고로 체포되어 재판받기 위해 로마로 오게됩니다. He wasn’t commissioned to go to Rome, and the believers in Rome weren’t expecting him to come, but after he had completed his final missionary journey, he had gone up to Jerusalem and because the Jew there had pushed for his arrest, he was sent to Rome to stand trial. 로마 시민권을 가지고 있었던 바울은 그의 마지막 재판을 가이사의 법정에서 받기를 원했습니다. 그래서 바울은 죄수의 몸으로 로마에 당도하게 되었고 로마는 바울에게 아주 관대하였습니다. Paul, who had a Roman citizenship, wanted to be judged in front of Caesar. That’s how Paul was sent to Rome, as a prisoner, and in Rome, Paul was treated kindly and with generousity. 그래서 바울은 로마에서 셋집을 얻을 수 있었고 군인들이 지키는 정도였습니다. 어느 정도 행동의 제한을 받고있긴 했지만 자유가 박탈당한 상태는 아니었습니다. Paul was allowed to be under house-arrest (rather than prison), and it was minimal security around the house--just a few guards. He was somewhat limited in his actions but he also had considerable liberties. 그때부터 바울의 집에는 로마의 귀빈들, 귀족들, 관리들, 그리고 유대인 지도자들이 몰려들었습니다. 그리고 바울은 앉아서 오는 사람들을 영접합니다. From that moment on, Paul’s house was visited by influential and powerful Romans, nobles, officials and Jewish leaders who were eager to see who he was. And those who came to speak with Paul, received the Gospel message. 그리고, 하나님의 나라와 예수 그리스도께 관한 것을 열심히 가르쳤으나 금하는 사람이 아무도 없었습니다. 이것이 사도행전의 마지막 멧세지였습니다. Paul also diligently taught about the Kingdom of God and about Jesus Christ and there were none who opposed him. This is the last message of the Book of Acts. 23절과 31절을 함께 일어보겠습니다. Let’s read verses 23 and 31 together. (행 28:23) 저희가 일자를 정하고 그의 우거하는 집에 많이 오니 바울이 아침부터 저녁까지 강론하여 하나님 나라를 증거하고 모세의 율법과 선지자의 말을 가지고 예수의 일로 권하더라 Acts 28:23 - They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Jesus. (행 28:31) 담대히 하나님 나라를 전파하며 주 예수 그리스도께 관한 것을 가르치되 금하는 사람이 없었더라 Acts 28:31 - He proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ—with all boldness and without hindrance! 그래서 사도행전은 open ending으로 끝납니다. 이 말은 끝나는 것이 아니라 계속 이어진다는 말 입니다. 열린장으로 끝나고 있습니다. 성경에 나타난 바울의 마지막 모습은 당당하게 로마에서 복음을 전파하는 모습입니다. The Book of Acts ‘concludes’ with an open ending. This means that there is a continuation of the story, not an ending. It ends, if you will, with an open-ending. The final images we have of the Apostle Paul is of him boldly preaching the Gospel in Rome. 그리고, 이 로마의 감옥에서 바울의 유명한 에베소서, 골로새서, 빌립보서 빌레몬서 – 가 쓰여졌습니다. It is also during this imprisonment that the Apostle Paul writes his renown “Prison Letters” to the Ephesians, Colossians, Philippians, and Philemon. 바울은 약 2년 후 로마의 감옥에서 풀려나 자유의 몸이 되었을 것이라고 학자들은 추정합니다. 그리고 바울은 어디로 갔을까요? After about two years of house-arrest in Rome, scholars have said that Paul would have been set free. But where did he go? 이 바울의 마지막 행적지에 대한 기록은 성경에 없습니다. AD63-67년까지 약 4년동안의 바울의 행적을 찾기위해 학자들은 많은 노력을 했습니다. The Bible does not record Paul’s final whereabouts and acts. From 63-67 AD, those ‘missing’ four years, scholars have tried with great effort to find records of where Paul was and what he did. 학자들은 여기저기 흩어진 고증들을 통해서 바울의 마지막 행적을 까지 갔을 것이라고 추적하고 있습니다. Scholars have pieced together from scattered sources that Paul could have gone as far as Spain. 로마서15:23절을 함께 보시기 바랍니다. . Let’s take a look at Roman’s 15:23. 바울의 야심찬 Blue print, 위대한 계획 속에는 그당시 세계의 땅끝이라고 일컬어지던 유럽의 마지막 나라이 바울의 가슴에 불붙고 있었던 것을 볼 수 있습니다. Paul’s ambitious blueprint, his great plan included reaching the ends of the known-world (at that time), which meant going as far as Europe’s last country, Spain. And his heart was on fire for this vision. 바울은 그의 특유의 전도의 열정을 갖고 간절히 기도했을 것입니다. 그리고 하나님께서는 바울의 기도를 응답하셨습니다. Paul would have fervently prayed for this particular vision, “God, please sent me to the ends of the earth. I hope to go as far as Spain. And there, I will preach the Gospel of Christ’s blood, and the Gospel of Life.” And God answered Paul’s prayer. 그래서, 바울이 로마의 감옥에서 잠시 풀려났을 때 바울은 까지 갔을 것입니다. 어떤 학자는 바울이 까지 갔다고 합니다. 그러나, 스페인은 틀림없이 갔을 것입니다. Therefore, when Paul was in prison in Rome and during his brief release, it is likely that he went to Spain. One scholar suggests that Paul went as far as England. If that’s the case, it is certain that Paul went at least as far as Spain. 바울의 로마 입성 선교 경험을 통한 주님의 두 가지 특별한 섭리적 계획을 살펴보고자 합니다. We are able to learn two things about the Lord’s providential plan from Paul’s experience in Rome. 1. 하나님께서는 열린 전도의 기회를 주십니다. 1. God gives us opportunity to do His mission. 성경은 이 땅에서 삶을 영위하는 모든 그리스도인들, 하나님의 자녀들에게 반드시 복음 전도의 기회의 문을 열어 주신다고 가르칩니다. 우리교회에도 문을 열어 주실 것 입니다. The Bible teaches us that for all those Christians who are living on this earth, He opens the doors for all His children to have the opportunity to share the Gospel. 그리고 우리 모두는 둘중의 하나입니다. 그 열린 전도의 기회앞에 순종으로 응답하든가 이런 열린 문을 무시하고 살아가던가 말입니다. 순종하는 사람들이 바로 쓰임받는 사람들인 것입니다. We all fall into one of two categories. We are either obedient to the opportunities to share the Gospel or we ignore that opportunity and continue on our lives. Those who obey will live a useful/fulfilling life. 본문 30절을 다시 읽어 보십시오. “바울이 온 이태를 자기 셋집에 머물면서 자기에게 오는 사람을 다 영접하고” 어디 머물렀다고 했습니까? ‘셋집’이라고 했습니다. 그러니까 일종의 가택 연금상태이었던 것입니다. Let’s take a look at verse 30. “For two whole years Paul stayed there in his own rented house and welcomed all who came to see him.” Where was Paul? In his own rented house. In other words, it was a sort of house-arrest. 행28:23의 말씀을 보십시오. “그들이 날자를 정하고 그가 유숙하는 집에 많이 오니 바울이 아침부터 저녁까지 강론하여 하나님의 나라를 증언하고 모세의 율법과 선지자의 말을 가지고 예수에 대하여 권하더라” 중요한 것은 그가 기회를 잃지 않았다는 사실입니다. 그에게 주어진 열린 기회를 복음 전도의 기회로 최선을 다해 사용했다는 것입니다. 물론 어떤 사람은 믿었고 어떤 사람은 믿지 않았습니다. Take a look at Acts 28:23 - “They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Jesus.” It’s important to note that Paul did not waste the opportunity he was given. He used the opportunity he was given, to the best of his ability, to share the Gospel message. Some people believed and some did not. 24절을 보십시오. “그 말을 믿는 사람도 있고 믿지 아니하는 사람도 있어” 다시 중요한 것은 바울을 통해 이제 로마가 복음을 본격적으로 듣기 시작했고 믿는 사람들이 일어나기 시작하였으며 로마에 하나님 나라의 지평이 넓혀져 갔다는 사실입니다. 바울이 순종했기 때문입니다. 바울이 전도했기 때문입니다. 주어진 전도의 기회, 선교의 기회를 잃지 않았기 때문입니다. Let’s read verse 24. “Some were convinced by what he said, but others would not believe.” The important fact is that through Paul, the Gospel began to be shared in Rome, people began to rise up and God’s kingdom began to expand. All because Paul obeyed. Because Paul preached the Gospel. The opportunity that he was given to share the Gospel, the chance to go on missions was not wasted. 그는 가장 적절한 시기에 로마에 와서 열린 선교의 기회를 제대로 활용한 것입니다. 문이 닫혀 있을 때에는 조심스럽게 문을 두드리며 기다리는 전략이 중요합니다. 그러나 일단 기회가 주어지면 그 기회 앞에 최선을 다해야 합니다. Paul came to Rome at just the right time and seized the opportunity he had to evangelize. When the door is closed, it is important to have the wisdom to wait patiently to see when and how that door will open. Then when the opportunity comes, we must make the best of it. 그러면 오늘 우리의 삶의 자리, 가정에, 마을에, 직장이나 일터에 하나님이 열 린 문 을 주셨는가를 주목하십시오. Then, our lives today, in our homes, in our villages, in our workplaces, make the best of the opportunities that God has given to you. 계3:8에 보면 주님은 소아시아 빌라델피아 교회를 칭찬하며 “볼지어다 내가 네 앞에 열린 문을 두었으되 네가 작은 능력을 가지고서도 내 말을 지켰다”고 말합니다. 우리가 얼마나 많은 능력을 가지고 있느냐는 것은 중요하지 않습니다. Is we look at Revelation 3:8, Christ praises the Philadelphia church saying, “I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.” How strong we are does not matter. 그 능력을 가지고 얼마나 전도하라는 선교하라는 명령에 순종했느냐가 중요한 것입니다빌라델피아 성도들은 작은 능력밖에 주어지지 않았지만 그 작은 능력으로 열린 기회의 문에 순종의 응답을 드린 것입니다. 하나님은 오늘도 순종하는 자들을 통해 하나님의 나라의 지평을 넓히시고 계십니다. 우리교회도… How we used that strength and how we evangelizes and our effort in God’s mission matters. The church in Philadelphia did not have a lot of strength/ability but what little strength/ability they had, they obeyed and made the best of their given opportunity. Today, God will expand His kingdom through those who obey. 2. 인생의 남은 시간이라는 선물 2. The gift of our remaining days in this life. 하나님이 바울로 하여금 하나님의 섭리를 이루도록 주신 또 하나의 선물은 시간이었습니다. 본문 30절에 의하면 바울이 이 셋집에 머문 시간이 모두 2년이었습니다. God’s additional gift to Paul, so that he could do more with the opportunity to fulfill His providential will, was time. Verse 30 tells us that Paul’s time in his rented house in Rome was 2 years. 학자들은 바울에게 가장 선교의 열매가 컸던 때가 에베소 3년 사역과 로마의 가택 연금 2년의 기간이었다고 평가합니다. 그리고 보면 로마의 가택 연금의 시간은 아주 특별한 섭리의 시간이었던 것입니다. Scholars say that Paul’s greatest fruit from missions was the three years he spent in Ephesus and the two years he spent under house arrest in Rome. Moreover, when we look closely at his time in Rome, we realize that it was a particularly providential time. 다시 본문 31절을 보십시오. “하나님의 나라를 전파하며 주 예수 그리스도에 관한 모든 것을 담대하게 거침없이 가르치더라” 비록 몸은 쇠사슬에 매어있고 감시당하고 있었지만 복음은 거침 없이 전파되고 있었던 것입니다. Let’s take another look at verse 31. Acts 28:31 - He proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ—with all boldness and without hindrance!” Although, Paul was a prisoner and under guard, the Gospel was being preached with hindrance. 로마의 복음화 아니 세계 복음화의 과업을 위해 하나님은 여기 로마에서의 아주 특별한 2년을 준비하신 것입니다. God prepared for these particular 2 years in Rome, not only so that Rome would be evangelized, but so that the whole world could be. 마지막 인생의 평가는 얼마나 오래 살았는가 사는 동안 어떤 특권을 누렸는가가 아닙니다. 어떻게 하나님의 뜻을 이루는 일에 보람찬 시간을 보냈느냐가 가장 중요한 인생 평가의 기준이 될 것입니다. The last evaluation of life is not how long you lived or what privileges you had. How you lived your life according to God’s will, filling your time with His rewarding work, will be the final criteria for your life. 저는 오늘의 설교 제목을 이라고 했습니다. 왜 일까요? Today’s sermon title is “LPC’s 29th Chapter”. Why this title? 사도행전은 28장으로 끝납니다. 그러나 말씀드린 것처럼 사도행전의 마지막 구절 을 가르쳐 학자들은 ‘오픈 엔딩’(open ending)이라는 말을 합니다. 사도행전은 끝나지 않았다는 말입니다. 사도행전은 28장에서 끝났지만 여러분과 저는 우리의 가정, 우리의 일터에서 이제 사도행전 29장을 기록할 책임이 있다는 말입니다. The Book of Acts ends with 28 chapters. However, scholars have called the ending of Acts an “open-ending”. In other words, the Book of Acts has not yet been completed. Acts may have ended with 28 chapters, however, you and I have the responsibility of writing Acts 29 in our families and our workplaces. 23절을 다시 한번 읽어 보십시오. (행 28:23) 저희가 일자를 정하고 그의 우거하는 집에 많이 오니 바울이 아침부터 저녁까지 강론하여 하나님 나라를 증거하고 모세의 율법과 선지자의 말을 가지고 예수의 일로 권하더라 Take another look at verse 23. Acts 28:23 - “They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Jesus.” 사도행전의 메시지는 언제나 두개의 중요한 단어와 연결되어 있습니다. 하나님나라 와 예수라는 단어입니다. 이 두 주제는 떨어질 수 없는 관계입니다. The message and theme in the Book of Acts centers around two concepts, (1) The Kingdom of God and (2) Jesus Christ. These two ideas cannot be separated. 마지막 31절을 보셔도 결론은 똑 같습니다. (행 28:31) 담대히 하나님 나라를 전파하며 주 예수 그리스도께 관한 것을 가르치되 금하는 사람이 없었더라 If we look at verse 31, you will notice the same thing. Acts 28:31 - “He proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ—with all boldness and without hindrance!” 하나님 나라는 주 예수 그리스도를 받아들인 사람들에 의해서 확장되어 가는 나라입니다. 이것 밖에는 전할 것이 없습니다. 예수를 받아 들이는 사람마다 하나님 나라의 시민이 되고, 그들을 통해서 하나님의 통치가 이루어집니다. The Kingdom of God lives on and expands through the lives of those who have received Jesus Christ. There is nothing else to proclaim. All those who receive Jesus Christ become citizens in His kingdom, and through His believers, His kingdom grows. 우리나라도 마찬가지입니다. 진보냐 보수냐가 중요하지 않습니다. 자본주의냐 사회주의냐가 관건이 아닙니다. It is the same for us today. Neither progressive nor conservative is important. The key question is not about capitalism or communism. 예수가 증거됨으로 예수를 받아들이는 사람들이 생기고 그들의 삶을 통해서 그들의 공동체 속에 하나님의 나라가 임하는 것이 우리교회의 마지막 비젼입니다. Jesus is the evidence by which people receive Him, and through their lives and in their community, the Kingdom of God grows. This is our church’s final goal/vision. 사도행전을 꿰뚫는 주제는 하나님나라입니다. 주기도문에서도 주의 나라가 임하도 록 기도하라고 가르치십니다. The significant subject of the Book of Acts is the Kingdom of God. The Lord’s Prayer even teaches us to pray that His Kingdom comes to this earth. 예루살렘에서 시작된 복음은 온 유대와 사마리아와 로마를 거쳐 이제 게르만 민족에게 옮겨갑니다. 게르만 민족들은 야만족입니다. 그러나 그들이 예수 그리스도를 받아 들였고 거기서 그들의 문화와 역사가 달라지기 시작했습니다. The Gospel that began in Jerusalem spread throughout Judea and Samaria, now goes through Rome and towards the Germanic tribes. The Germanic tribes are barbarians/savages. But they too receive the Gospel of Christ and from that point, their culture and history changes. 이 복음은 다시 앵글로 색슨족에게 갔습니다. 이들은 게르만 민족보다 더 야만적인 해적들이었습니다. 이들도 예수를 받아 들이면서 하나님의 나라가 그곳에 이루어 지고 한 때 영국을 통해서 복음이 온세상에 전파됩니다. (식민통치 실수) The Gospel returns to England. They were even more savage pirates than the Germanic tribes. But they too receive the Gospel of Christ and the Kingdom of God grows and through the United Kingdom, the Gospel reaches the entire world. (Colonial Rule made mistakes.) 그리고 복음은 다시 미국으로와서 북미 대륙을 중심으로 대선교 세기가 펼쳐집니 다. 그리고 이 복음은 동양의 작은 반도 한국에까지 찾아온 것 입니다. The Gospel came to America and begins centuries of great missions work. The Gospel come to the Far East and also to our nation, Korea. 전세계에는 223(237)개국의 나라와 5,770개의 언어군과 24,000종족이 존재하고 있습니다. 인구는 매년 1억 이상이 늘어나고 있고, 벌써 세계인구는 70억을 넘었습니다. 그러나 아직도 복음을 듣지도 못한 이방인 지역에 놓여있는 사람들이 30억이 넘습니다. 누가 그들을 책임지겠습니까? There are 223 countries in the world, 5770 languages and 24 000 different ethnic groups. The world’s population grows at 100 million every year and we have already surpassed the 7 billion mark. But still, there are regions that have never heard the Gospel message, totaling over 3 billion people. Who will be responsible for them? 인도와 중국만해도 25억이 넘습니다. 누가 그들에게 가겠습니까? 누가 가장 호전적인 전도의 대상 모슬렘들에게 가서 예수를 전할 것 입니까? Just China and India along, there are over 2.5 billion people. Who will go to them? Who will go preach Christ to the hostile Muslims? 우리교회는 이제 내년 창립 30주년을 바라보며 전열을 가다듬어 이제 새로운 도약을 해야 하는 시점에 도착한 것 입니다. 자, 우리의 사도행전 29장을 쓸수있는 하나님의 사람들은 어디있습니까? As our church looks forward to next year’s 30th Anniversary celebration, we must re-define our frontline for we have come to a point where we must move forward. Who among God’s people will write our Acts 29? 그분에게 후회 없이 헌신해 보시지 않으시겠습니까? 순종해 보시지 않으시겠습니까? 그동안 솔직히 헌신을 못하셨다구요? 순종을 못하셨다구요? 괜찮습니다. 지금부터가 정말 중요합니다. 이제 큰빛행전 29장은 우리를 기다리고 있습니다. Could you dedicate yourself to God without regret? Would you be among those who will submit to God? For those who confess that you were not as committed or obedient as you could have been, it’s alright. This moment--right here, right now--is important. Acts 29 is waiting for us to begin writing. 결론: 여러분 이제 30주년을 앞두고 다시 한번 사랑하는 주님의 마지막 분부하심을 기억하시기 바랍니다. 나를 사랑하느냐? 물으십니다. 그리고 주를 사랑한다면 나를 증거하라. 내 증인이 되라 하십니다. 그래야 믿는 자가 생기고 하나님의 나라가 그들 속에 임하기 때문 입니다. 우리 민족이 예수 그리스도를 주로 삼고 예수 그리스도께서 우리 민족을 통치 하심으로 하나님의 나라가 이루어 진다면 그 이상의 축복된 민족은 지상에 없을 것 입니다. 이것이 사나 죽으나 우리의 꿈이고 기대입니다. 예수와 하나님 나라 지금까지는 생각만 하고 행동은 못했을지라도… 괜챦습니다. 이제 하면 됩니다. 그동안은 핑계만 대고, 불순종하고, 후회만 하셨습니까? 괜챦습니다. 하면됩니다. 우리교회가 내년이면 이제 성인 30 세가 됩니다. 이제부터는 더 늦출수가 없습니 다. 지금 결단을 하셔야 내년에 심을 수가 있고, 지금 경작을 해야 내년에 씨를 뿌릴 수가 있습니다. 이렇게 수년을 계속해야 다음세대가 거둘 것이 있습니 다. 나의 남은 생애 가장 귀중한 시간이라는 선물을 어떻게 사용할 것인지 깊이 생각하면서 결정하시면 좋겠습니다. 가족들과 함께 그리고 가정교회별로 함께 결정해도 좋습니다. 금년에도 18개 팀이 아시아 아프리카 남미 중남미로 예수를 전하기 위해 떠나고 있습니다. 내년에 이 대열에 참여 하길 원하시면 기도하면서 준비 하시기 바랍니다. 우리교회 창립 30주년이 되는 내년에는 선교에 한번 헌신하고 싶습니다. 이런 소원이 있는 분들은 손들어 주시기 바랍니다. 기도해 드리겠습니다…..
