진주냉면! So as I pursue winters most delightful foods this year, well OK just noodle based foods. As I mentioned Japanese Ramen reigns king in the noodle world. Yet that is on the warm side of things. My deep treasure of Korean noodles lay with Nengmyun! I love iced over spicy and water noodles. Im sitting in Jinju, with a buddy of mine exploring. Jinju is known for Koreas best 냉면. No way Im not eating it. It has a deep beef broth flavor and buck wheat noodles with sliced 전beef slices to give crunch. If your a 냉면 fan. I think if you came to Korea without having it, your missing apart of your soul!
