❤️ Took a break typing class schedule, menu and our packages to have dinner with my son at our local sushi bar, before our food arrived a text came in from a regular customer that he was out of green juice & wheatgrass & if I could meet him tonight at the wellness center for his regular half gallon of green #10 & 6 wheatgrass shots. Texting back & forth while at the bar talking with my son & sushi chef, I text my client it was 7:30 & I wouldnt be back in kitchen until at least 8:30, that I could have his order ready for a 10:30pm pick up tonight or in morning. He has to have it tonight so Im back in kitchen juicing then meeting client at 10:30 for pick up at wellness center. Will then begin to finish teaching schedule and wont post now until tomorrow or if I end up staying up all night I might post early in the morning before juicing for Sunday orders. Sushi chef told my son to put a sleeping pill in my water that I need a day off, havent had one of those since November of last year but Im very grateful to be able to provide plant based nutrition to so many so I dont mind. Client text to apologize to my son for interrupting dinner but he just needs his juice, LOL. 😊
