๐—ง๐˜„๐—ผ ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—˜๐—ง๐—ฌ๐—™๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต In a recent ๐˜ก๐˜ฐ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜น๐˜ข paper, Last & White described two new stingray species (Myliobatiformes: Dasyatidae) from the eastern Indonesian Archipelago. ๐˜‹๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜บ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜ญ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ถ๐˜ฅ๐˜ข is named for its very long caudal fin, and ๐˜๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ข ๐˜ซ๐˜ข๐˜ท๐˜ข๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜ด is named for its occurrence off the coast of Java, Indonesia.
