'For whosoever will do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.' Matthew 12:50. Now when Jesus was ministering, His mother Mary and His brothers came, told one of the desciples to tell Jesus that they desired to talk to Him. After being told Jesus asked, 'Who is my mother and who are my brothers?' thus He forsook them in front of many people. What was Jesus trying to potray and meant? Simple, in Christianity family is not whose blood you carry or who do you have blood links with but it is the unity of purpose of doing the will of God - that is family. The people you call relatives now are merely the second family after the first family of the people you are with in Christ. You are my brother or sister because you do the will of God not that we are born of the same father or mother. Now as i write this, all of us on this page as we number a thousand are a family in Christ therefore let us uplift and help each other grow spiritualy. It is for this reason that i have decided to open the MESSEGE PLATFORM for; 1) Prayers - if you have a prayer request dont hesitate to inbox me, i will post it for you with or without your id (your choice) so that we join hands and pray together as a family for the request and God will here us. 2) Testimonies - do inbox too your testimonies lets share them as a family what God has done for us, this will help uplift others towards the cross. 3) Semmons and Bible study - if you have a semmon you wish to be posted on this page inbox, i will post it for you without id and also explained Bible Studies will be shared too. NB: Questions, areas of interests you would like to be looked into, views and comments are also welcome on the MESSAGE PLATFORM. Peace be with you all in Jesus name. The Messenger
