----------------------------------------------- Why I love holidays is mostly because of the food! Ive been enjoying myself lately and nearly gained 6 kg during 2 weeks Its all worth it, because me and the food will share some good memories with eachother that will last a lifetime! It may have been one too many roast chicken, KFC, Biryani, japanese christmas cakes, Noche Buena, roasted duck, christmas ham, roasted goose... Haha, you name it and Ive been eating it! Food is one of the greatest things in life and Im truly thankful for being able to choose what to eat. ----------------------------------------------- WHAT DID YOU ENJOY THE MOST FROM THE CHRISTMAS TABLE? ----------------------------------------------- After gaining some excess fat lately its time to start training hard! Squats is one of the best excercises for fatburning, since it involves so many musclegroups in just one movement. Do squats for 12-15 reps and directly after with minimal rest get to the boxjumps until failiure. Dont pick a box that is too high, since the legs are really exhausted after the squats already. An alternative for the boxjumps is to directly move to bodyweight squats until failiure! ----------------------------------------------- Lets burn that christmas belly together! -----------------------------------------------
