+10-and-a-bit easily paced miles up the Kentish hills with club mates and friends Russell and Michael bring my monthly total to 55.4 miles. The plan next week is to taper 4/5 Tuesday, 4/5 Thursday and then 8 hours Saturday! At the moment I am really looking forward to it but I bet come Friday night Ill be in total panic. Wait for the headless chicken needy anxiety-filled post on a news feed near you.
